I recently stopped in to check this store out. I was surprised by how well lit and taken care of the store was. Some other stores of this type are nasty and just give you a creepy feeling. I was greeted when I entered by two guys, Mike & Gabe. After a few minutes Mike asked if I had any questions. I was a bit hesitant to ask (as I figured a guy wouldn't know a whole lot) but he quickly put me at ease. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the different options that were available as well as suggested some other items that would help care for my new toys i.e. lube, toy cleaner. He offered to hold the items at the register while I continued to shop. I thought this was a nice touch, It allowed me to shop with out holding a bunch of stuff as well as feeling like people were looking at what I was buying. They checked on me after a little bit but didn't make me feel creeped out like other stores of this nature. At check out Mike suggested I join their rewards program. It gave me a discount on the items I bought plus I earned credits to use in the future. The other stores don't offer the kind of customer service that the group at fascinations does. If your in the market for some fun stuff you should go in and see them. Not only are the knowledgeable but they are also fun and friendly. read more

So this is my first visit to fascinations. I have been going to another business where they were just very rude and never asked me for help. I never knew what to get when I would go because I would ask them questions and we're very blunt with me and never explained or demonstrated some of the items I was interested in. I had a far better experience even just walking through the door. Danielle right away introduced herself and politely asked if I had any questions or if there was any way she could help me. I also like that they gave me some space to look around and get a feel for things. Sometimes it gets really uncomfortable when workers follow you around peeking over your shoulder. I felt welcomed and that I wasn't being judged or rushed to make a purchase. Joby then came and introduced herself, by that time I had some questions about what I was looking for. She really took the time to listens to what I wanted, she really did a great job of demonstrating and explaining the items as well as staying in my price range. Overall I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be going back. Thank you for having such wonderful service! read more

I love shopping here. Every single time I come in to this Fascinations I am greeted by friendly faces. The staff are always super kind and willing to help, and never push me into feeling like I need to buy something that I don't need or want. The reason I keep coming back to this specific location is because they never make me feel uncomfortable. The selection is pretty good, and they usually have what I am looking for. Last time I was in I had phenomenal customer service from Stephanie, who I'm sad to hear has gone on to other things, but I was delighted to meet a few new employees, Joby and Kim. As an introvert it means a lot to me to have courteous service and not be asked every 2 minutes if I need anything. And when I do need something, they are there to answer any questions I might have. A thousand thanks to this Fascinations; you make it easy to spend time in the store instead of shopping online. read more

The staff at Aurora's Fascinations have been so very helpful every time I've shopped there. Maura and Joby were super considerate today and helped me get a really good deal. Their friendliness and knowledgeability is much appreciated! They're happy to drop what their doing and tell you all about products, their uses, store favorites, best sellers, warranties, and make sure you get everything you need to have fun. A lot of the products have lifetime warranty and they make sure you've got a photo of your receipt for the warranty on any expensive new toy. Also offer for you to test any electronics at the time of purchase so you know it works. Especially love the selection of massage oils and lotions! There are so many scents and vegan options. Hemp Seed massage and body oil and lotion is a favorite. They've got evening for a full spa treatment if you want to relax and pamper your body. read more

My wife and I wanted some privacy as we shopped, and the young lady manning the shop was helpful, but unobtrusive. She did a great job of answering questions when asked, and otherwise staying out of the way. Very professional; contrary to a previous review, she was somewhat alternative in appearance, but it wasn't in any way that should scare off customers. Great selection here, and the pricing was in line with what might be expected. Further, they don't appear to have converted themselves into a micro-head shop, making it safe for personnel that need to keep themselves well clear of drug paraphernalia for employment reasons, such as military personnel. And as stated by others, their 15% military discount is a great offer and show of support. Fascinations gets my top vote for being classy, professional, and meeting the needs of adult partners. read more

I've literally been coming here for years! I absolutely love this place! I'm always greeted when I come in! They have a wide variety of pretty much everything. I can always find whatever I want and need. The staff is always super friendly and helpful! They walk you through their experiences and new tools for you to try! Danielle and Joby are awesome! Joby opened my mind to new toys that I didn't think would be good for me. The price ranges are actually pretty good! Some of them are kind of expensive but you get what you pay for here. Their dvd supply has gone down which makes me sad but they still have some really good choices! My first time coming here was amazing! I felt so awkward and nervous but they made me feel welcome and comfortable and helped teach me about toys that might benefit me! I'm always going to be coming here! read more

My husband and I have been to every adult store we come across, including those in Europe. This is by far the best store we have been to. The store is clean, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and answers quesions/suggests products without judgement. It is refreshing to have an honest and frank discussion of what we are looking for without being made to feel awkward. Also, the selection of products available is by far the best. Most stores we have entered have wall to wall porn with a few products. (Don't get us wrong, we like our porn) It's nice to see porn AND products and toys to play with too!! We will definitely return. Oh yeah, did I mention we live out of state? Thankfully Fascination is online too!!! We can't thank you enough for our experience in your store! read more

We just got back from here and could not be happier with our visit. Other adult stores we have been to had a bit of a dark, sleazy vibe. On the other side of the coin is Fascinations which is very upscale. Fascinations is well-lit, organized and staffed with extremely knowledgeable employees. We are not sexual novices by any means but after our trip to this store we couldn't help but feel that we learned quite a bit and were confident that the items we bought were right for us. This place is pretty much a supermarket for orgasms and we will be returning frequently. Fascinations is definitely a step above any adult store we have seen in Colorado or elsewhere. Keep up the great work, guys! read more

What an amazing surprise to walk into such a classy store!! I was expecting a sleazy, "pervy", place. The Aurora store is beautiful. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager and another employee, Mitchell. They were a riot and completely professional. I initially came with a male friend for a special Valentine gift for his girlfriend, I became immersed in all the amazing products. I vowed to bring my husband to the store and will do, so in the next few days. If anyone is skeptical, embarrassed or intimidated going into this store, DON'T BE. You will be pleasantly surprised and happy you did! Great job! read more

I walked in a little shy but by the time I left, I felt very comfortable. Mitchell helped me out with everything I needed and wanted. He was very good about showing me how things worked and I could ask him anything. He found fashions for the larger woman and we found the perfect outfit. I left feeling like I'd left a party....laughing and very happy with my purchases. I will be going back often and I know each time will be a fun experience! If you've been too shy, don't be. You will leave with your sexy self knowing you can have fun and you don't have to spend a fortune. Something for everyone! read more

What a great store! large, well lit, clean and well organized. The sales personnel are on top of the merchandise and are available to answer questions and offer suggestions. What I appreciated most was the 'marital aides' were displayed outside the box and charged up so one can see how they work and the power and speeds available in an item. Prices are reasonable, terrific department of lingerie and shoes, etc. and the lotions and potions, who knew there were so many. I highly recommend shopping here if one is in need of a sex gadget or anything that would accompany that. read more

The staff here are exceptionally knowledgeable, offering insights and help with every inquiry. Each product on the shelves is of the highest quality, ensuring satisfaction for any purchase. What's most impressive is the ever-changing selection; every time I visit, there's something new and exciting to discover. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, the experience is consistently excellent, with the staff making you feel welcomed and valued. It's rare to find such dedication and variety in one place, truly setting this store apart from others. read more

The Fascinations chain is definitely one of the best sex toy shops in Denver. They've even just started a new "Let's Talk Sex" series that brings sex professionals to talk about a wide range of topics. It's a great idea - I've been to the first two and have several more on my calendar to attend! The employees can always direct you to what you're looking for and are very knowledgable on toy materials, usage, quality, and more. Thank goodness Denver's lucky enough to have such a forward-thinking sex toy store chain! read more

They are great!! I was frantically running around trying to tie my Halloween costume together, and I walked in and they were immediately helping me find the perfect corset. If one didn't fit right one of the ladies would run to grab another one. They were very friendly and very fun!! So great that I took my friend back the same week and we went on another Fascinations shopping spree :) And they were just as awesome the second time around! Will definetely go back for more shopping sprees :) read more

I recently visited Fascinations a couple of months ago and was greeted by a very friendly associate. She helped me decide what would be the best fit for my satisfaction. She was very open Friendly and made the whole vibe of the store awesome. I stopped going to Fascinations about a year-and-a-half ago because some of the stuff at that store was very rude. She made up for all of it thank you so much Destini first such a great experience I will return, you you have gained my loyalty back. read more

Hubby and I had an awesome experience at this location yesterday. The sales people are highly-knowledgeable, friendly and make all customers feel at ease. Herman and his colleague (young woman) were AWESOME! They educated us on the features and benefits of their products and we are more than pleased with our purchases. The store is very clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to make that special intimate purchase. read more

I was looking for some lube and did a google search. After reading Michael W review, I decide to check it out. It was everything he said it was. It was not sleazy or anything. From the outside it looks like a women's dress shop. Sara helped me find the silicone lube and other items I was interested buying. She gave me her opinion about which products were better than others, which I really appreciated. They have a customer for live. read more
