I recently stopped in to check this store out. I was surprised by how well lit and taken care of the store was. Some other stores of this type are nasty and just give you a creepy feeling. I was greeted when I entered by two guys, Mike & Gabe. After a few minutes Mike asked if I had any questions. I was a bit hesitant to ask (as I figured a guy wouldn't know a whole lot) but he quickly put me at ease. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the different options that were available as well as suggested some other items that would help care for my new toys i.e. lube, toy cleaner. He offered to hold the items at the register while I continued to shop. I thought this was a nice touch, It allowed me to shop with out holding a bunch of stuff as well as feeling like people were looking at what I was buying. They checked on me after a little bit but didn't make me feel creeped out like other stores of this nature. At check out Mike suggested I join their rewards program. It gave me a discount on the items I bought plus I earned credits to use in the future. The other stores don't offer the kind of customer service that the group at fascinations does. So this is my first visit to fascinations. I have been going to another business where they were just very rude and never asked me for help. I never knew what to get when I would go because I would ask them questions and we're very blunt with me and never explained or demonstrated some of the items I was interested in. I had a far better experience even just walking through the door. Danielle right away introduced herself and politely asked if I had any questions or if there was any way she could help me. I also like that they gave me some space to look around and get a feel for things. Sometimes it gets really uncomfortable when workers follow you around peeking over your shoulder. I felt welcomed and that I wasn't being judged or rushed to make a purchase. Joby then came and introduced herself, by that time I had some questions about what I was looking for. She really took the time to listens to what I wanted, she really did a great job of demonstrating and explaining the items as well as staying in my price range. I love shopping here. Every single time I come in to this Fascinations I am greeted by friendly faces. The staff are always super kind and willing to help, and never push me into feeling like I need to buy something that I don't need or want. The reason I keep coming back to this specific location is because they never make me feel uncomfortable. The selection is pretty good, and they usually have what I am looking for. Last time I was in I had phenomenal customer service from Stephanie, who I'm sad to hear has gone on to other things, but I was delighted to meet a few new employees, Joby and Kim. As an introvert it means a lot to me to have courteous service and not be asked every 2 minutes if I need anything. And when I do need something, they are there to answer any questions I might have. The staff at Aurora's Fascinations have been so very helpful every time I've shopped there. Maura and Joby were super considerate today and helped me get a really good deal. Their friendliness and knowledgeability is much appreciated! They're happy to drop what their doing and tell you all about products, their uses, store favorites, best sellers, warranties, and make sure you get everything you need to have fun. A lot of the products have lifetime warranty and they make sure you've got a photo of your receipt for the warranty on any expensive new toy. Also offer for you to test any electronics at the time of purchase so you know it works. Especially love the selection of massage oils and lotions! There are so many scents and vegan options. Hemp Seed massage and body oil and lotion is a favorite. They've got evening for a full spa treatment if you want to relax and pamper your body. read more

I've literally been coming here for years! I absolutely love this place! I'm always greeted when I come in! They have a wide variety of pretty much everything. I can always find whatever I want and need. The staff is always super friendly and helpful! They walk you through their experiences and new tools for you to try! Danielle and Joby are awesome! Joby opened my mind to new toys that I didn't think would be good for me. The price ranges are actually pretty good! Some of them are kind of expensive but you get what you pay for here. The store is clean, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and answers quesions/suggests products without judgement. We just got back from here and could not be happier with our visit. Other adult stores we have been to had a bit of a dark, sleazy vibe. On the other side of the coin is Fascinations which is very upscale. Fascinations is well-lit, organized and staffed with extremely knowledgeable employees. We are not sexual novices by any means but after our trip to this store we couldn't help but feel that we learned quite a bit and were confident that the items we bought were right for us. What a great store! large, well lit, clean and well organized. The sales personnel are on top of the merchandise and are available to answer questions and offer suggestions. What I appreciated most was the 'marital aides' were displayed outside the box and charged up so one can see how they work and the power and speeds available in an item. Prices are reasonable, terrific department of lingerie and shoes, etc. and the lotions and potions, who knew there were so many.
