I have been working with Tamara for over a year and have a WEEKLY appointment. My body was bound from 6 surgeries over a 2 year period and a recent one just a year ago. She is truly an angel. I had a double mastectomy with latissimus reconstruction. Basically, they cut the lat muscle off and bring it to the front to replace the breast tissue that is removed. It may be a bit TMI, but important, because I believe that this surgery is what damaged my body. I was left with numbness around my torso, constant pain and tightness with inability to take big breaths. I am a very active person and am committed to my recovery. I was referred to Tamara and I wish I had gone years earlier. She has reversed issues that I thought I would have to live with the rest of my life. Her fascia therapy has changed my flexibility, numbness, breathing, the appearance of scars, body temperature, toxins, skin softness and more. My ability to raise my arms without pain is a miracle and most important continue to lead a active lifestyle. I used to be in pain for days. She has taught me how I can help extend my recovery with at home exercises. She always checks up after appointments to see how I am feeling and her goal is not to keep me on the table, her goal is to heal. Every Thursday is my day with her and I look forward to it and her add-on "treat"ments! My face has never looked so good! Thankful every day for you Tamara Renee xoxo read more

Dear Tamara Renee, I am so happy I saw another lady's review on her remote session with you and booked a consult with you the same day. It is clear that health, wellbeing, and graceful aging is your passion. Even in that initial consult, you already started giving me some tips and tricks and recommended products which I researched myself, then eagerly purchased and you were bang on! And yesterday's 1:1 appointment for a Fascia FaceLIFT was incredible! My face feels nourished, hydrated, invigorated and very well loved. For anyone who has yet to discover you, I highly, highly recommend booking a session with Tamara - you will not be disappointed. If I age even half as gracefully as you have, I will be over the moon. Much love to you. And my skin and I thank you Susan read more

I first got to see Tamara Renee for a fascia release session last summer. I loved my results so much that I could not wait to return. I live in Texas but am happy to travel to her beautiful space. I got to return in late December for another overall fascia release. Tamara has a gift to lift our spirits and give us extra hope and encouragement for what our bodies need. I am excited to return again and work in the meantime on the expertise she shared. I also did the DNAMe test with her and had a Zoom call with my results a couple of weeks ago. Tamara took so much of her time to share those results and break it down using her vast and fascinating knowledge, and to answer my questions. I am so excited to have these huge tools and new information to use to continue my journey toward overall health and wellness. I am so grateful that Tamara shares her gifts. She is a gem. read more

Nothing I expected and everything I needed but didn't know it. I went for my first session (an hour 45) for fascia blasting in legs and arms and got so much more. It was obvious I was in the hands of an expert healer. My only wish is that the appointments didn't have to be spaced so far apart--partially for healing and partially because she is so booked--deservedly so. I look forward to the transformation my body will make as we continue. read more

I was referred to Tamara by several friends who had done fascia blasting with her and raved about the results. After having a consult with Tamara and hearing how knowledgeable she was, I had to try this for myself...i am now 50 yo and I have always been self-conscious about my upper arms and thighs --especially now. I intentionally do you not go sleeveless or wear short shorts because of the cellulite and lax skin. I have had several treatments with Tamara already. I just returned from Cabo and was going through my pictures and noticed how great my arms and legs looked after my treatments! No dimples or saggy and my skin texture looks great! Thank you Tamara, I will definitely be back!!! read more

I recently participated in a remote fascia blasting session with Tamara Renee. I have used fascia blasting tools on and off for years, but committed to using them regularly a few times a week at the beginning of the year. I was looking forward to learning a more effective, targeted approach and was excited to find this could be done remotely via Zoom as we do not live in the same state. Before the session, I sent Tamara photos of myself--a crucial part of the process. I also sent her photos of my fascia blasting tools so she would know what I had to work with. She explained how to prepare for our remote session so that I was all set up on the floor in my living room, tissue preheated and ready to go for our session. Tamara's virtual presence was warm and reassuring. During our session, she assessed my posture and identified areas of concern. Through Zoom, she guided me step by step, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. Tamara shared practical tools and techniques to supercharge my at-home fascia blasting results. I left the session equipped with newfound knowledge and a personalized plan. If you are seeking guidance on improving your fascia blasting experience, I recommend connecting with Tamara. You will be in expert hands. read more

I have over the last few months been working hard on cleaning up my diet and have had pretty good success, but I always get to a level where I plateau and seem that no matter what I do I cannot get to where I really want to be. I saw her SUMMER BOOST program and decided to give it a try... The results have blown me away. It has been easy to follow and I began loosing at an rate beyond what I have ever been able to do on my own. I just completed Tamara's EMPOWERme 5 week, 1 on 1 coaching and creating new patterns program. It was revelatory as to how a negative childhood experience impacted years of my life and cultivated a pattern of self sabotage including low self worth, education, career, food choices and relationships. Although I wish I could go back and rewrite history, I'm grateful to have uncovered this now because it's changed my relationship to food, enabled me to let go of resentments and shined a light on the direction I want to go in my career. Tamara has a huge heart, the utmost integrity and truly wants to empower her clients to cultivate life long patterns of success. I highly recommend the EMPOWERme program and working with Tamara. read more

Many years ago, Tamara helped my 8-year-old daughter lose weight and manage her diet. This time, I needed help with my diet to address a couple of recent medical conditions, so I can hopefully avoid taking meds. First, I provided a DNA swab, so Tamara could prepare a personalized health report. Then, we followed up with a Zoom consultation. Tamara is very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. She has given me a plan - not a diet - but a road map to treat my conditions. I feel like I'm moving in the right direction. Her advice is reasonable and livable. I feel great and can't wait to see my next set of lab results! read more

This is the second time I've gone to Tamara Renee for nutritional advice. The first time was over a year ago when I had just become a personal trainer (after 25 years as an accountant) and my calorie intake almost doubled. "Sensible eating" wasn't making sense to my body and I suffered from digestive issues as well as intermittent energy and constant hunger! After I did the DNA test and Tamara prescribed a nutrition plan that was appropriate for me all my symptoms disappeared and my energy became steady. So now, a year and a half later, I was tired of my own menus using Tamara's nutrition plan and bought a month's worth of meal plans from Tamara. The variety has been really fun and foods that were in my "occasionally" and "use sparingly" list that I never included before I actually get to have when grouped correctly with other staples from my plan. Who knew I'd like fava beans & bone broth for breakfast! Who knew pineapple and avocado would taste so good combined! Interestingly too, I feel the difference between being nourished vs. just being full. It truly is a luxury to have a meal plan based on what my body really needs and not having to worry about what I'm hungry for next. I'm glad Tamara is a foodie in addition to being a nutritionist because she really has a knack for creating delicious and satisfying meals. So if you want to take life in your body to the next level you should really check out what Tamara Renee has to offer. read more

I like to say that she is "good for my soul!" :-) She is bright, cheerful, and has an amazing passion for helping others. I cannot recommend her enough! I've been so blown away by my fasciablasting sessions, that I've also started to try some of her other offerings: face treatments - including faceblasting (luxuriously relaxing and rejuvenating), endermologie (AMAZING), and now I'm working to save up for my DNA testing so she can rock my nutrition world as well! Tamara was referred by a friend and I had thought I knew a lot about clean eating already. My special needs daughter requires a lot of supplementation and diet restrictions which transferred into my busy triathlon life. Tamara taught me how to supply what my body needs and doesnt need.
