Exceptional Mobile Bar Service by FAS Events! I've had the pleasure of working with FAS Events for two engagement parties and a Teddy Bear Tea Party for kids, and I can confidently say they exceeded all expectations! From the moment we connected, Felina and her team brought creativity, professionalism, and heart to every event. For both engagement parties, the mobile bar was a huge hit--elegantly set up, well-organized, and fully stocked with a customized menu of mocktails and cocktails that perfectly fit the vibe of each celebration. Our guests were raving about the drinks and the service! What truly stood out was the Teddy Bear Tea Party--a whimsical, child-friendly event where Felina truly went above and beyond. She crafted themed mocktails for the kids, ensured everything was safe and fun, and brought a level of care and attention that made the day magical for the little ones (and their parents!). We hired FAS Events to bartend our casino night fundraiser (150 guests), and I can't say enough good things about Felina and her team. For years, we've handled the bar with volunteers and pre-batched drinks, but bringing in FAS Events completely transformed the experience for both our guests and our staff. They arrived with two stylish bar setups that blended perfectly with our décor and instantly elevated the overall look of the event. Their team was warm, professional, and mixed cocktails that were far better than anything we could have managed on our own. Felina was also incredible to work with before the event--she helped brainstorm signature cocktails, calculated exactly how many glasses we needed to rent, and even put together a comprehensive shopping list. It removed so much stress from the planning process. Honestly, they gave us valuable time back: all those hours we used to spend prepping the bar were suddenly free. As someone who typically ends up behind the bar all night, it was such a gift to finally be able to mingle, check in with guests, and actually enjoy the event. Our attendees absolutely noticed the upgrade, and so did we. We will definitely be hiring Felina and FAS Events again! read more

Title: Outstanding Event Coordination by FAS Events Rating: (5/5) This review for FAS Events is long overdue, but the gratitude and praise remain as true as ever. When our prior team building event in San Francisco was abruptly canceled, Felina from FAS Events came to our rescue, and the result was nothing short of spectacular. Felina's professionalism and dedication shone through as she not only found a perfect replacement location but also orchestrated a flawless event for our group of 25. Her attention to detail, including personalized cocktail favors and signature drinks, added a unique touch to the evening. What truly sets Felina and FAS Events apart is their ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere. Felina owned the room, ensuring everyone was involved in friendly contests and activities, making the event unforgettable. Felina and her crew truly exceeded expectations. From the service, drink signages & décor to the food and overall setup, everything was flawless. We hired them to host a very special Happy Hour for Bedrock Robotics in celebration of our Series B announcement, and they absolutely delivered. The turnout was fantastic--and even more impressive, people stayed longer than they usually do for a company HH. That alone says a lot. The team was incredibly thoughtful about inclusivity, making sure both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinkers had equally great options. Edwin was phenomenal behind the bar--drinks were excellent and always flowing. Felina was professional, organized, and an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Anyone in the startup world knows (IYKYK) that many engineers don't drink, and our group was a true mix of drinkers and non-drinkers. FAS Events handled this perfectly and made sure everyone felt included in the celebration. Seamless, stress-free, and memorable--if you're looking for that one----trust me ---they're the one!! read more
