I walked in and the guys there took car of everything. I never had to talk to insurance agents. He just listened to me and then quickly made all the arrangements. This shop shipped a brand new rear window with defrost to their shop in 3 days and had my new window installed in under an hour. My car was overheated and towed to their repair shop, or a repair container with no address. They…read morediagnosed the problem to be the radiator and thermostat issue. After 3 hours' repair, they claimed the problem is solved. After we drove out of the store, it was only good for 1.5 hours and it is overheated again, thanks to their magical hands. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere and was towed again. They charged 865 bucks: 202 for the parts and 600 for the labor cost ($150/hour): I just don't know where the extra $63 comes from. Ryan actually worked 3 hours on my car, and said it is a 4-hours work. He explained how good he is and was able to finish the 4-hour work in 3 hours, and gave me a funny example of his 12 year old brother would use longer time and charge even more if mechanics are paid by actual working hours. I was just amazed how well he can debate; I think he should run for the president because the two candidates both suck at it. Hey Ryan, I think your 12 year old brother would do that better than you. Next time I want your brother to fix the car for me. Please visit this space if you want your car broken on the road again, being overcharged, and joining some really funny debate. Or you can just find a hotel, wait until Monday, and look for a real auto repair.

She, her husband and the team went way, way above and beyond, even when things got a bit stressful, Shelley made every effort to get to the bottom of my questions. They take immense pride in the work they do and the service they provide. This is where you want to take your vehicle if you need any repairs done. Thank you, Eagle Valley Autobody.

Man, Ive got nothing negative to say about Austin and his crew at FlexWash. Ive been working with…read morean auto-marketing campaign for over 5 years now, so I have dealt with countless car washes, detailers and mobile detailers, and this is by far my best experience. The Flex in their name must stand for their flexibility in scheduling, as I had to call and rearrange some times/dates, and they were more than accommodating. Austin was very prompt, and was able to detail 5 of my vehicles inside my hotels parking garage, in little over 2 hours. He even noticed a few scratches on the roof of one of our vehicles, that he was able to buff out. They came with all the necessary equipment, and they used environmentally safe (green) products; I was even able to pay by credit card. They did such a fine job, that we used FlexWash again a few days later for a commercial shoot. If you're in the Vail valley, and feeling a little dirty, schedule an appointment with FlexWash...

Almost all plastic trim pieces on my Escalade came back with a white discoloration from their steam cleaning, my backseat was folded down and they never bothered to clean or wipe the seats down and just left it lying down. I also noticed that there was still a handful of food stains and crumbs from the previous owner (just purchased this car and had it detailed) still sitting there that never got touched or cleaned up. there was condensation from their machine I found inside of the analog clock on my car and it had lots of water in other areas pooled up. There was a lot of little things but it all added up, the only nice thing was how well my chrome rims shined again. Other then the wheels it looked like a marginal job, everyone was super nice!
