Jose was the installer that replaced the windshield on our Jeep Wrangler that has had chronic wind noise issues with several previous installs with another company. He came to do the work at our home and was on time, very professional and extremely meticulous, including the road test for the required calibration. Matt Howell, from Fas-Break Auto Glass, came to this Chicagoan's rescue after a rock cracked a 14" split in my windshield. I surfed online and left messages for several windshield repai businesses, but only Matt at Fas-Break answered and then scheduled me immediately that afternoon. A HOUSE-CALL !! He said he'd come to my hotel. Then later when I realized I wouldn't make it back in time from my hiking, I called him to ask what to do. He volunteered to drive up to the mountain, found my car in the parking lot and started working on the crack before I even returned from my hike. By the time I got back, he was ready for me to drive the car into the sunshine for "curing," and then said it would be $60. That's quite a deal, compared to what I'd probably have paid in Chicago, where, no doubt, some repair guys would have recommended replacing the entire Toyota Highlander windshield. Matt said no need. Then, in a seriously smart business move, he found another ding in the window, repaired it immediately and did not charge me anything more. I naturally tipped him, which he initially resisted. If you live in Colorado you know it's not if your windshield will get hit by a rock, but when. I've used Fas-Break twice to replace the windshield on our Honda. The first time they were recommended by our insurance company, the second time was my choice. When you call Fas-Break you are speaking to the owner, Matt. OMG- worst service ever and let me tell you why!!! This MATT person who sadly I'm referred to I call to get a quote for my Mercedes not only does he push me to make a insurance claim but changes my cash price 3 different times, I needed the glass replaced urgently so against my better judgement I went ahead and delt with his bs price changes and had the guy come out, the work wasn't to bad but wasn't great either but aside from the constant upping in price this guy does the work but the entire time Stares at my 15 year old daughter... totally made both of us uncomfortable and The time couldn't come soon enough for him to be done and leave DONT USE THIS COMPANY NO STARS no anything gross horrible disgusting read more

Don't go to anyone else! Matt came to our rescue when rocks and heat/cold cracked our windshield. Called him in the afternoon on Tuesday and had an appointment set up for Wednesday morning. Fantastically quick service. He came by, even 10 minutes early, and fixed the windshield in about 2 hours. My Insurance company allowed me to use Fas-Break, and since Matt was a friend of a friend, I chose to go with them. Matt did a FANTASTIC job, going above and beyond normal service, I had some scratches from a previous repair, and he used my touch up paint to fix those as opposed to insisting on using primer and stripping.
