The establishment sits on the edge of a residential area which further adds to its charm. This is a seriously local place in all the best ways and I almost feel bad about spilling the secret on Yelp. The bar area is cozy but nicely done. There is apparently an upstairs/private room though I did not check it out. Rosko's also features a nice outdoor patio area. There was live music outside when we visited but the volume and music style were a great match for the seating. My companion and I easily carried on a normal conversation while enjoying the tunes. The brewery is small but the beers were tasty. Their list of offerings isn't huge but had a decent and approachable mix of styles. I certainly enjoyed my flight and will visit again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Williamsport.

Today, we had a meeting and asked if they could deliver earlier than originally scheduled. While I understand they may not always be able to accommodate requests like this due to logistics, they arrived within 30 minutes of our call. Truly impressive service--very accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend!
