I called about a very simple job to remove some alarm sensors…read more In all honesty, after some confusion my end, I called again a second time to clarify the situation: I wanted the sensors removing, whether there was a call out charge. He seemed ok enough about it. I was told it would be £80 - which included the job and call out charge. He also told me that we would only be charged if he could do the job. When he arrived, we explained to him what we wanted him to do and if he could fix it. Without another word, the guy picks up his things, gets into his van and leaves! No explanation, no reason, just packed and left - without fixing a thing. Not really sure what was going on, but we would have at least appreciated an explanation. Not a good way to make business.
