Arthur was really communicative and super quick to answer any questions I had via text or email, and was able to help point out things to look for when at showings, like the windows, etc. I greatly appreciated how helpful he was in explaining and walking me thru every part of the process - it can be overwhelming! I also super appreciate his very fast response times to anything I needed! I found my dream condo in such a tough market in the greater Boston area, and was ecstatic to have my first offer accepted! If you're an engineer type like me, he'll give you a spreadsheet market analysis, if you are are more mood and feel, he will speak to that. 5) Great negotiator 6) Super punctual and responsive, we pulled off a 30-day closing window which wouldn't have been possible w/o Rich's professionalism I could go on. Frank West represented me-He used all correct real est. forms...Facilitator first, then we…read morecontracted..he was my Seller agent: terrific job market/sell 18 Fay St., Wilmington; and after 3 or 4 potential Buyers, we had SALE! It happened in February 2015 soon after numerous blizzards, snow. In Fall, 2014 he listed property-took good pictures of home, interior, exterior, and lot/yard. Potential buyers + their respective agents looked at Internet and (attended Showings) my home. He and his wife, Karen ran two Open Houses on Sundays. He published in local weekly newsp. numerous pic's and info price...on my home. Frank ecountered a medical issue end January 2015, was briefly hospitalized --however, through all of this - he pressed ON thoroughly representing me & any interested buyers of my home. At onset of contract, Frank diligently reviewed many 'comparable homes' he studied locally, with 18 Fay St. --he spent quality time in explaining to me all in's/out's (or many forms to fill out..Disclosures & Listings) - he efficiently answered all of my numerous questions...especially on Title V Board of Health Environmental laws. Fortunately, following inspection, my septic system passed Title V. Listings sheets were priced, properly..showed color pic's my home, and Room descriptions.all correctly done with good remarks. Frank's knowledge of how Home Inspectors (have to check? a list)..aided me greatly days before an Inspection. He & Buyer and Buyer agent attended a few inspections, He knows reliable local tradesmen...so I was able to hire a good electrician to correct issue...thus making house saleable. House SOLD..(we had to lower price somewhat). Before closing, he walked me through myriad of more forms, issues..i.e., obtain Fire Dept/'s certificate on smoke alarm & carbon monoxide installation- Frank himself ran errands on these--and he offered to install alarm/s. (I paid for alarms). He attended the end Mar. 2015 closing...representing me. Frank & Karen West have lived in Wilmington for (25 or ?) years, and they're familiar w/ numerous other buyer realtors. They're always volunteering to make it better community- be it Holidays..running TOYS FOR TOTs which covers larger area-Wilmingtn+ outside town. West R. Estate has great website..one can view many good home selling/buying TIPs there. Next, accollades go: Karen West, as I searched for place (condo, townhouse?) to live..and she (we signed contract) was my BUYER's agent. Karen & I met miles away, or at times, she drove me: to view 2 bedroom units or condo's. We started searching early March 2015, end. up..she assisted me place down payment $ on nice 10-yr. old condo--Mar. 30th, in Peabody, MA. i looked at too many towns,cities, but she kept her 'cool' and she investigated localities, and phoned (seller) brokers ahead of time: to arrange showings...and ask pertinent questions regard property. One place, I almost bought, she learned neighborhood was margnal for a senior citizen like myself...I'm relieved I didn't invest in that condo. We got to know one another -not only business sense- but we became "friends"..shared a cold or hot coffee together (or lunch). so FUN lady. Karen's knowledge of all P. & Sale forms, and names of inspectors...etc. very valuable. She kept abreast daily (with me, her client) via emails--things like my access condo to take measurements (of window..etc.) she & Frank came that visit to condo . She went above beyond..help. me get cy. P. & S. Agreement to Electric light Dept. (city I'm moving to.--I needed my electricity by June 1st 2015 in condo). She was at that Closing- in Atty's office. SUPER Realtors...these Wests--I highly recommend them to anyone selling or purchasing a home (or business). P.S. My church-type friends encouraged me buy sm. statue St. Joseph & bury this front or back my Fay St. yard...I did, and HOUSE SOLD...thus, we'll give St. Joe a little credit for sale of house....too!.

He is professional, passion and helpful. He found a buyer and closed the deal after one open house. His fees included professional staging, video and photos. I couldn't believe that he sold our house just after couple calls and emails. Everything was scheduled for us with no delays. We sold our house in MA and bought a new in FL on the next day. It was the best experience I've ever had. I appreciate Paul's help and professionalism. I would recommend his company to anyone, especially on the North side of Boston neighborhood.

He had a stager come in, professional pictures and video taken, had a pre-inspection done, put a "coming soon" sign up and did all of his research for comps in the area. We decided on a price and within a week the house was on the market and we were driving down to Miami. Paul is just an overall nice guy and made this stressful time of moving, changing jobs and selling a house the least stressful all of these life changing events put together could possibly be. He took control and had back to back open houses and within a couple of weeks, we had multiple offers. Choosing Paul as our realtor was the best decision my husband and I have ever made and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're selling or buying, do yourself a favor and pick Paul. She was responsive and followed my lead with communication preferences (text, calls and emails). She did not flood me with communications but responded to my inquiries quickly. My favorite aspect of working with Elizabeth was that she was direct and precise in her communications. She provided requested information in a friendly, professional and clear manner. I have worked with several other Realtors and their cloudy, rambling communications made transactions REALLY difficult. Elizabeth wasn't like that at all. I trusted the information she provided and any inconsistencies were due to other Realtors and not her. I told Elizabeth my home and neighborhood preferences and she stuck to my guidelines. I loved that she knew about the area and could advise me on what was a good deal or not. I also appreciated that she communicated with seller realtors and got an idea about offers and negotiable items. I also value that Elizabeth drove around and did video call showings with me around my schedule. She had excellent knowledge of structural components and told me why certain things were significant. She was candid when places looked better in listing pictures than in person. As a bonus, Elizabeth was also super helpful when I was having problems with my short-term rental. She let me know about reasonable expectations with my landlord and my responsibilities as a tenant.
