Marie brought me to quite a few places and asked a lot of questions, made observations and helped me assess whether each was a fit or not. Marie brought me to places in my price range that were a good fit. Some were even at the very low end of my range and still acceptable. Given there weren't many places on the market this was amazing. It was telling when we bumped into some other potential buyers in the lobby of a building where there was one unit on the market. I was surprised when the other couple did not show up at the same unit. They went to one that had gone under agreement the day before, while Marie was on top of the latest listings and brought me to see the one that had just come back on the market.
