The process of buying our first home back in 2010 was very confusing for my husband and me due to lack of communication from another realtor. This time around, we chose Sylvia Tucker for helping us both sell our home and purchase a new home. We cannot recommend Sylvia enough. She is very organized, thorough in her research, and always available to answer questions. She set us up with a clear timeline of what to expect as both buyers and sellers. We had weekly check-ins via phone to make sure everything stayed on track. When we needed to hire cleaners, movers, and other contractors, she did all of the research and sent us the most promising ones. She scheduled everything and was present at the homes for all work that needed to be done. She had a beautiful website made for the home we were selling with very flattering professional photography. Overall, she made the process as simple as possible, kept everything on schedule, and took care of everything we didn't absolutely have to do ourselves (a lifesaver as we both work full time).
