The main floor has free weights, benches, 5 cable machines, various machines organized by muscle group, 6 squat racks, 2 smith machines, racquetball courts, a pool, and a basketball court. They also offer group fitness classes which are included in your membership. The parking lot is huge and during peak hours (6-9am) (4-6pm) I'm still able to get a decent workout in without having to wait. The one group fitness class I wish they had an instructor for is the spin class!
