I joined FXB in July 2016 looking to lose some weight and get into a healthier lifestyle routine and since then I am down 30+ lbs, lost 20+ inches and have defined muscles in my body I have not seen in years! I gained so many new friends, self-confidence and joy for eating healthy and working out. What I love most about the program is that you are provided with all the tools you need (gym space, equipment, nutrition advice, workout routine, etc) to succeed in your fitness journey goal. Farrell's is a game changer in your fitness regimen. If you feel stuck, frustrated at either gaining weight or not losing weight, this is the program for you. Farrell's is unlike any gym where it is impersonal and you feel like you are on your own. Farrell's works as a team, it becomes more like a family. All 10 weekers have a coach as well as other FIT members (people who have graduated from the 10 week program) who are there right with them, pushing, encouraging you to be and do your best. If you come to the work outs, work on the diet, you will lose weight and tone. At 55 I get comments all the time about the definition in my arms. I go to the 4 am session. It starts my day off right, it gives me energy, I eat better when I've worked out and my body (bones/joints) moves better. Whatever your fitness level, even a beginner, this program can work for you. Farrell's is a life changer and truly transforms your mind and body. The staff, the people that attend classes all want to see you succeed. It is a family that supports your fitness goals. They teach kickboxing, strength training, and nutrition. There are constantly new challenges and I have so much fun every time I go. I am amazed that more people have not found this hidden gem! It is for ALL shapes and sizes. I started at 245lbs, very overweight, and not sure if I could do it. You push yourself more than you expect to, and as a result I have lost over 60lbs, and am still going. I have been attending here for over 2 1/2 years. My wife attended about a year prior to me and I thought to myself, I should join her. I did and I absolutely loved it. The group atmosphere and motivation that everyone gives each other. I was a member at a large box gym and knew many people but the aerobics people wouldn't talk to the free weight people etc. Here everyone helps motivate each other on their fitness journey. The kickboxing days are incredible cardio and so fun to kick/hit the bag! The strength training leaves you sore and eventually defined and "in shape". WOW! I am completely impressed with this place. For the past 3 years I have been paying for monthly gym memberships and only showing up 8-12 times/month because they didn't motivate me to do more than that. The instructors are very helpful and encouraging yet they challenge you to work out hard at your own "level 10." The classes are only 45 minutes and you will see results.
