Dr. Koontz has done a fantastic job of perfectly putting his dream team together. My beloved Lexi moved, but I've now seen Anna as my hygienist for the last couple years, and I absolutely ADORE her! I'm so excited for my appointments because I feel like I get to catch up with my friend. She's very thorough, careful, considerate, and sweet. Their new facility is absolutely gorgeous. You will be in a private room with state of the art equipment. The receptionists are great, and everything works like a well oiled machine. I'm so grateful to have found this practice. I explained that her demands to trust her were invalid due to my religious convictions. She was less than professional and doesn't understand what a Veteran is (POW Veteran) and this goes to show you that no one cares about Veteran Disability status. That Veterans are a commodity to the US citizens and that service to country means Religious and Disability discrimination when seeking care. This dentist has some qualities that don't align with my Religious and Veteran Disability status. She's not qualified to treat Veterans in a POW status like myself.

The dentist, Aniya, was passive-aggressive and condescending. The dental assistant who polished and flossed my teeth was incompetent--he left more floss in my teeth than he had left on the spool. I floss multiple times per day with no issues. When my next scheduled appointment came around in November, I decided to give them another chance--maybe they were just having a bad day. So, I clicked on the email they sent me and checked in for my appointment. The next time I went in, they performed a non-FDA-approved "gum active matrix" test, claiming my gums were a mess and that I needed a deep cleaning. I researched deep cleaning, which is also not approved by the dental association. I found only about half a dozen articles supporting its benefits, and there's no standard procedure for it. However, I found over 140,000 articles calling deep cleaning a scam. The fact is, I do have two areas in my mouth with little or no gums because I had crown lengthening surgery--something she should clearly be aware of. Since I refused her outrageous claims about my gums and would not consent to an unscientific procedure, I was told I could no longer be her patient. The office staff also lacks professionalism. I used the app to check in and confirm my appointment, yet they couldn't find my information until I showed them the confirmation emails on my phone. There was also confusion about my insurance--I had to email them a new PDF of my coverage, even though this was my second visit and my insurance was already accepted and paid during my first. I would not recommend this dentist.

I recently had a tooth filled that they had been monitoring for a while, and the entire experience was flawless. The dental assistant, Char, is absolutely amazing! I loved chatting with her. Dr. Kwong is very kind, explains everything clearly, and walks you through each step so you always know what's happening. I also have to say, all of the ladies in the front office are so kind and sweet. It's hard to find a good dentist, and when you do, it truly feels like a blessing. Everything from check in through the time I saw Dr. Fanger was quick and efficient. The only time I waited was for a short 5 minutes in the lobby. ""Greetings, I refrained from speaking up at the time, as my comments would have been unprofessional. The doctor' actions were inhumane. If a similar incident occurred in a veterinary clinic, it would be considered animal abuse. The doctor inserted suction and guard instruments into the mouth of a five-year-old child, and I couldn't hear her screams until thirty minutes into the procedure, when drilling and grinding commenced. Her voice was muffled by the noise of the equipment. The child was not adequately anesthetized and was experiencing pain and fear. Despite this, the doctor continued the procedure, which resulted in the child shedding a significant amount of tears, approximately a quarter cup, which accumulated in the headrest. The child was traumatized by the level of pain endured. I am bringing this to your attention, as I believe the doctor should be formally reprimanded to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. If you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me at 425..........."" And since probably they had incidents before, they make you pay for the whole treatment ahead of time so if you walk out they don't lose money. Never go back again
