Vanessa Connors PA does not care what the patient is going thru. In chronic pain? or, under duress? You will be dismissed because she does not like you or thinks she knows who you are. Never been treated like this & have had many PA's for years who I was fond of & who were kind & helpful & understanding. These so called health care workers need counseling to improve their extreme judgmental attitudes. NO Compassion found here, so don't look for it. Look at all these one star ratings! Guess I'm not the only one who's been shuffled off just because of their incompetence.

Been visiting this doctor's office since about 2015, and over the last couple years customer…read moreservice has really declined. I got a call from "Linda" who was absolutely rude, didn't want to listen and didn't offer any means to help me. When trying to explain my situation I was totally dismissed by her. When I went into the office to make a formal complaint and get my paperwork, "the manager" couldn't really be bothered to step away from what she was doing to listen to my concerns, only expressed an apology, and didn't even bother to help me with the original issue. All this because I needed some paperwork filled out and the two doctors offices that are both dignity health couldn't be bothered. Will no longer patron this location.

She is the first doctor who has taken the time to learn about me as a whole person who has medical issues instead of as a case file. She has done deep dives into the findings of all of my specialists to create a comprehensive understanding of all that is going on with me and how to best address each thing and the whole. It may sound odd, but instead of finding excuses to reschedule, I actually look forward to exploring options with Dr. Liebo. I know that she will give me her full attention, care, and expertise. I tried to make an appointment for a lingering cough and mentioned that I've also had some accompanying pains in my lungs. They immediately told me the wouldn't see me and that I would have to go to the ER. The excuse to avoid giving me any sort of care is that they "dont have the equipment for that sort of emergency" but It's clearly not an emergency as I'm walking, talking, and making an appt for a future date. I know nothing will change there as its government-run so theres no sort of oversight or quality control, but I want to make sure prospective patients know what to not say so they don't end up in my situation
