This third wave coffee shop is located in a quieter part of town, so it's a bit far from the city center. However, it was worth making the trek, we hopped on a bus and it was a quick walk from the stop to the coffee place. They have plenty of tables inside and outside the restaurant, we opted to dine inside. Plenty of merch and coffee beans are displayed and available for purchase, I would have gotten some coffee beans, but this was still just the beginning of my trip, so I decided against it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they brought the menu and a guide of their offerings. I ordered an iced latte and we shared the pistachio maritozzo. I enjoyed my iced latte, it was a nice to have something different from all the cappuccinos and espressos, I made sure to wait until I came here to get an iced latte! The pistachio maritozzo was tasty as well, I enjoyed the pistachio whipped cream stuffed inside the pastry. If you're a coffee enthusiast, I would certainly recommend making the trek to Faro Caffè Specialty for some great coffee options!

As a coffee lover from the states who travels for coffee this is a must go for Rome. I've been craving a pour over my entire time in Rome for 3 days and this has been the only place that really served it along with my American friend who needed a regular iced latte. (You won't find iced latte in a lot of places as ice is scarce and everything needs to be made with filtered water) they have free water here because all their water is filtered. We got our pastries first which was AMAZING we loved both the fruit tart and the maritozzi was the best I had here because it wasn't too sweet and the milk cream was just so fresh it was almost like eating a cloud. Absolutely a must eat! In terms of brunch we ordered two scrambled egg dishes and I LOVE European style eggs so super wet and yummy on low heat. I preferred the mushroom one over the sausage even though I'm not the biggest mushroom fan, the Parmegiano reggiano was very very fresh and tasty. We got coffee after which is supposed to be the main event anyway and I really enjoyed the Ethiopia from Aliena Roasters. The single origin espresso was okay. Slightly acidic but then again we went a little early to avoid long lines at 8am so they might be still working through their espresso pull ratio. It was busy even at 8am but by 9/10am everyone was lining out the door for a good hour. The inside of the cafe is simple and clean and fits a good amount of people so I think it's just that most people like to take their time chatting and drinking their cup of coffee so it will take a while to get in. Overall this is a must travel to if you're a coffee lover! If you need a good pour over I definitely recommend visiting.

This caffé is wonderful! The staff is friendly and helpful. The pricing is average. The food was so good and tasted really fresh. It definitely gives you caffé vibes, and I like that it's a "no laptop" spot, that way people can come and go in a timely manner.

Stopped by this spot for one last meal on the way out of Rome. Found this to be well reviewed on other platforms, so had to check it out! We were greeted by a very nice woman who was acting as a host and a server. She noted it would be a short wait, added our name to the list, and we had a great outdoor seat within a few minutes. I don't recall her name, though she had a lot of tattoos, including a completely filled in sleeve. She was very friendly and helped make our experience even better! There was another gentleman working as a server who helped take our order. He was very informative regarding the coffee options specifically, explaining the difference in taste between the various roasts. This was helpful in making sure we get the best coffee with the right amount of acidity for our liking! The breakfast options all sounded tasty, and they even had a special Liberation Day Breakfast to celebrate the Liberation Day holiday (April 25). *FOOD* -Toast with "Pork&Roll" ham and mozzarella cheese "Az. Agricola Le Starze" (10 Euro) - This sandwich was incredible! The bread was perfectly toasted and flaky, and there was a perfect combo of filling. -Liberation Day Breakfast - Spaghetti frittata with butter and Parmigiano cheese, raw ham, salami, traditional "Vignarola" (peas, artichokes, broad beans) and homemade bread (16 Euro) - This was quite a plate! Since it was Liberation Day, we felt it necessary to try this dish. Everything was full of flavor and it was a unique breakfast for sure! The ambiance was that of a fast paced coffee shop that was also offering to-go orders, and lots of pastries options. It wasn't too loud, and had an overall great vibe. I did notice the pastries were selling out, so make sure to get there early if that's what you're after! Overall this was a favorite meal in Italy! The coffee was high quality and fresh, and the food was all delicious! They even provided a complimentary glass of freshly squeezed OJ, which we VERY much enjoyed! Highly recommended checking this spot out if you're looking for a great experience and even better food and coffee! Thanks again to the friendly and awesome staff!! More on IG & TikTok: @bbnem.food
