It's just uncomfortable. I've only had the Frutella bowl (granola, banana, strawberry, Nutella, peanut butter, and coconut flakes). They are always skimp with the acai and it's often watery. The fruit is fresh (as it should be) but they aren't generous with the serving size. I think they forgot to add the Nutella today. There was no trace of it whatsoever. Come to think of it, I barely tasted any peanut butter either! I don't understand why every time I order in person, customers who place their order after me always receive theirs ahead of me. I always order one simple item, and it's never crowded in there. From now on, I am diving the extra mile to Playa Bowls.

Açaí at other bowl shops is normally a frozen consistency. The bowl was majority of toppings and no açaí. I was very disappointed in the size and quality of the bowl and won't be back for anymore bowls from here.
