They do try to have signs like the dumplings in the photo I but there are many products that don't, like the flavored feta cheese I was trying to figure out. He grows most of the vegetables and what he doesn't farm himself, he gets from local growers. Both he and his local suppliers use organic growing principles. There are always deals and specials going on for coffee. The produce section is another highlight. This is only of the few places in the area that you'll find good quality platanos, yuca/cassava, and any kind of tropical fruit. The slight downsides are that the prices are often slightly higher than a regular supermarket, and there never seem to be enough cashiers working.

I did, however, patronize the Tea-For-All and The Pie-d Piper stalls for breakfast and they were lovely. Very warm and welcoming people working there. Their displays are Instagram-worthy, and in their big barn they had old country trucks decorated with tons of pumpkins and gourds for the fall season. We all know Manwich tomato sauce in the can but have you ever heard of BBQ Bourbon flavor?? Well they have it in Mexico and it has made its way to Trenton. I can't believe I'm the first to write a review. Google has 43 reviews for Trenton Meat Farms and…read more5 stars, which is why I made the trip from Princeton. And SO glad I did. It's tiny, but they have the real goods. I asked for a 2" thick porterhouse with a big filet and they opened a new case and sawed a perfect, beautiful steak off the correct end for me, trimmed it perfectly. Everyone is family, working together and having a good time, and they are extremely helpful and friendly. What a great experience. I will be back, soon.
