We stopped by for a peek and stayed for a Tea lunch with delicious tea, fruit, soup, sandwiches and cake. We had the Baked Potato Soup and Split Pea soup and both were delicious. My friend said it was the best Split Pea soup she had ever had (her grandmother had a shop that served split pea soup and she said Mrs. Little's was better :) ). At the end of our lunch we had enjoyed our tea blend so much we asked at the register if they sold it and we purchased a some to take home. Several folks came in during our visit and they ordered coffee drinks to go and picked them up at the register. So if you can't stay, order yours to-go! The bakery counter had several extra treats you could also order. The shop is filled with tea pots and tea cups for purchase. We enjoyed our food and sat and sipped our delicious tea in the the ambience of this lovely shop. Be sure and visit this super friendly shop when you are in Hamilton. I look forward to a return visit!

The owner was friendly and she had a nice selection of specialty coffees and drinks. We had an apple zucchini soup that was honestly not great, none of us ate much of it. We each had a different kind of sandwich and those were all really good; we had a grilled cheese, ham, and avocado. The fruit was as expected and the dessert, a one bite lemon cake, was really quite good (and that is saying a lot because I don't normally like lemon). Overall what you get for the price (around $11) is worth it, even if you end up not liking the soup like us. Note that drinks of any kind are extra.

Cuts and Bolts Fabrics is easy to miss. If you look for it, it's before the bridge, and that's the best way to describe their location. I walked in, and they are a tiny shop but pack alot. I saw material I've never seen anywhere. They have the popular material companies, but their patterns are interesting. I like how they are innovative in their techniques. Their Row By Row pattern turned out cute. But the whole sop is not entirely about being cute. If I lived near Chillicothe, I would shop there all the time. This and Hamilton, and I would be set.

I held out my favorite watch and asked if there was anything she could do to fix it. She whisked it off with a smile and went to work. Minutes later, she brought back the watch, good as new. I was thrilled with the excellent customer service and the friendliness. Being new in town, I told some friends how well I was treated, and they responded with some similar stories of excellent care.

There are no step by step verbal instructions throughout the video, no speaking in the videos at all. If I'd understood this before purchasing I would not have purchased this product. I emailed to let them know I'd only watched one video and these were not what I expected and they responded that they're unable to offer any sort of a refund and offered no other remedy other than telling me to keep trying I might find I enjoy it. I don't enjoy it, now that I know what it is. I tried one, I know I don't enjoy it, not at all, I hated it. I don't want to try it again, I'd like a refund. You should make money off customers that do enjoy it not off those that you mislead. I had no idea a "process video" was DIFFERENT THAN ALL THE OTHER VIDEOS I've watched from Let's Make Art over the past number of years. $100 wasted. Super disappointed with this product and even more disappointed with their customer service response. So many other ways to deal with a situation like this and keep your customer happy. Be absolutely certain you understand what you're getting and it's what you want before you order from this company or just go find some other company to support as from my perspective this company is unfortunately no longer one worth supporting.
