I had two nails in my run-flat tires, and the dealer told me that even they couldn't repair them. I brought my car here, and they were able to fix both tires and rotate them for me. They saved me from having to unnecessarily replace two expensive run-flat tires and once again went above and beyond. But what really made this experience stand out was Al, the manager. I can't say enough good things about him. Al didn't just provide great customer service--he genuinely made me feel taken care of. He listened, explained everything, made sure the job was done right, and treated me like a valued customer rather than just another car coming through the shop. That kind of personal care and integrity means a lot to me, and it's one of the main reasons I trust this place. I've been here before, and experiences like this are why I'll continue coming back. Great work is important, but having someone like Al who you feel is genuinely looking out for you is priceless. Thank you, Al and team, for taking such good care of me. You've earned a loyal customer!

From the moment I walked in, he was kind, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell right away he's someone who genuinely cares about both his work and his customers. What really stood out to me was his dedication, he even stayed late just so I could pick up my car and have it ready for work the next day. That level of service is rare. Alen is a true professional and a straight shooter, which is hard to come by these days. I trust him completely, and anytime I need anything for my car, he's the first person I call. Highly recommend Cranks Auto, couldn't ask for a better experience.

Led by Lorenzo, the friendly and honest mechanics always listen carefully to my description of the issue at hand, use up-to-date diagnostic tools, and figure things out pretty quickly. They charge reasonable rates, never looking for an unnecessary upsell, and they get the work done fast. I've even had them diagnose things and send me away, saying it's a warranty issue that should be free at the dealer. My visit this week was for something silly: a noise being made by a broken "belly panel" underneath the car. A simple fix with no real mechanical components (a good thing), but Lorenzo felt bad because it was a dealer-only part that was pricier than it should have been. Not his fault, and I know they'll take care of me on another fix down the road when they have more control. That said, once the part was in, the car was fixed in about an hour. Good service. Good people. Don't hesitate to bring them your car when that inevitable time comes around. They'll take good care of you.
