Had not had a ticket in over a year and when I added the 5th car instead of giving me a discount for having them over 4 years, they gave me the highest quote and increased insurance on all the cars. When I asked them to explain, they acted like complete incompetent idiots. They are the worst and I will make sure to give them a horrible review with all my friends, co-workers and anyone I meet and get a chance to talk to. I work full time, do school and the last thing I want is to unnecessarily pay a high amount with out even the decency to get a discount after so many years and so many cars added on. As well as workers comp. horrible instance. They don't even deserve one star.

Recently Jim Coker retired and Chris Bruce became the new agent for the Snellville office. My neighbor's tree fell across my drive way and yard trapping me at home and damaging my driveway. When I called Chris Bruce he told me over and over that nothing was covered since it didn't hit my house and that my driveway was not a structure. After talking with some tree removal people, they told me they thought it should be covered. I called Chris back again and again he told me nothing would be covered and that I wouldn't want a zero paid claim on my account because my insurance would go up. Someone gave me State Farm's catastrophic claim phone number. I called them and they said yes, the blockage of my driveway, $500 debris removal, and my driveway was covered. I don't know what is up with this guy, but I also complained to his regional manager and I moved my insurance to another agent. I would not trust this guy with anything!!! I can't imagine how many people have called him for help and he's told them lies.

Hello, I recently…read moremoved my business to Framers Insurance from a bigger Insurance company for several reasons. 1. Wider range of products at a fair price for services and they offered a la carte options for each policy. 2. Farmers was ranked middle of the road with other insurance providers on consumer report, JD Power, AM Best and Need Wallet but where they stood out was on BBB with customer complaint resolution. Understand that insurance is not a whole plan that you are investing into overtime then you get your money back but coverage for major life changing events. Insurance companies cannot stay in business if they payout crazy amounts for little accidents plus our premiums would be unaffordable. So, I did like the fact that Framers seem to be fair on resolution compared to other insurance companies I reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. 3. The true closer was the staff and transparency. I worked with Scarlett and she was not pushy like others plus seem to care about my specific need and not to just make the company money. For all these reasons, I have moved to Farmers Insurance.
