I had to get a mammogram MRI, and was directed by my doctor to go here. It's not the closest to my home, but it wasn't difficult to get to, and there is lots of parking. Of course, medical facilities have to medical facility, and when I went to check in, they did not have the proper paperwork sent from my doctor. Where did it go? Who knows, but I went to sit down in the waiting room while they figured it out. Eventually, the office faxed it over to this office, and all was good. Once I got back to the MRI room, the whole thing went really fast. They explained clearly what was going to happen, they inserted the IV with the dye easily and painlessly, and I was supported and walked through every step. I got headphones that played any type of music I wanted, and I basically just chilled and meditated and breathed while not moving a muscle for 10 minutes. If you need to get an MRI here, don't fret. You are in good hands! They are very straightforward with the process and try to get you in and out efficiently. Bonus: I got my results within a few hours the same day.

I asked that the nurse and doctor not speak directly to 7 year old child. The office staff called me day of the appointment and said that Dr. Nicole Rector could not comply with this. I went in to the office an hour before our appointment with literature on my child's diagnosis and a copy of the Americans with Disabilities act section concerning communication accommodations. At the appointment I stood in front of my child and answered everything the Dr. Nicole Rector asked, and the nurse. Tracy complied willingly to height, weight, and blood pressure (a first for us as demands send him into fight or flight) After Dr Rector asked all her questions with me answering her Child willingly let her examine him eyes, ears, throat, abdomen, etc. A week later I received a letter in the mail that they have dropped us from their care due to not being able to accommodate his needs. Asking any adult especially a pediatrician to accommodate a child's disability should be an easy request. This office lacks compassion, caring, and understanding. They had no desire to learn about my child's condition or help us.
