Of the times I've seen him, he has placed my rib back in place many times. He has fixed a migraine that had lasted days. I once had the worst stiff neck ever that lasted 3 days and I couldn't turn my head all the way one direction. Not like it was painful to do so, but I physically could not get that direction. He did 3 different maneuvers and within seconds I could feel the pain subsiding and I could finally turn my head again. I had some muscle pain from not treating more quickly that healed over the next few days but the excruciating pain and limitation of movement were gone. I've had a fever that broke within an hour of treatment and honestly there's probably more. He's always polite and honest about treatment. I love Dr. Donna and Dr. Loney both. They're just super kind people that obviously care and know what they're doing.

Nurse Cole has been exceedingly helpful with my father. This morning we had called in for an appointment and rushed to get here. Although we arrived about five minutes late she was kind enough to come out and advised that due to a walk-in she was running a little bit late. She could've just ignored us but she didn't. As I said always professional always courteous and Always helpful!

Phil is the nurse that takes care of us. He is quick to get back to you when you have questions. The problem isn't with the doctor or the nurse but with the overall organization, I think he has the words I am looking for. If there is a problem, they will say they called you, and yet I only have one cell phone and there are no voicemails or recent calls that say they called me. Also, I know I am not a wounded veteran and there is nothing special about me, and yet when I have a situation that I have been dealing with for almost 6 months, it seems like there is not a hurry to get this taken care of. The pain at times is excruciating and all I am wanting to do is get some help. It's to the point where it seems like I have to get another job that offers insurance, so I am able to find a doctor outside of the VA. I do appreciate any help that I get, but when it's not the help that I am looking for, the not help outweighs the help.

Not only does she have her own patients at Woodway but she also runs the whole Woodway clinic. Even after working a full time 60-80 hour a week at the clinic, she is also the medical director at a local healthcare facility, both long & short term care. Her knowledge of medicines to help with any internal and/or external problem is above reproach. She knows exactly what is going on with her own specific patients, while at the same time running a very professional medical clinic. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Heather Hamilton, at Woodway Internal Medicine for as long as possible. She is an excellent medical provider and as a Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Heather Hamilton is 2nd to None!!

Only thing I have ever asked for was help with medical issues, such as being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. On my appointment weeks ago I showed up for my appointment to talk with and meet this strange so called "pain doctor." I decided on this visit to wear my new red baseball cap that SIMPLY reads on front 'MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.' IF course for us who are educated know this hat was inspired by President Donald Trump. I feel it is very possible....no extremely relevant that this foreign pain doctor decided to rather hurt me because of what I believe in as an AMERICAN and not to treat my many pain symptoms.
