Located in the lower level of Colossus - and also owned by them? - Farma Greek is a great concept! It's half grocery store (no produce, just bottled items), half takeout counter.
(Btw, can anyone explain the name to me? When I first heard it, I was confused 'cause it sounded like a pharmacy. Farma = farm??)
Ordered: Greek Soft Serve Yogurt w/ Baklava ($7), Chicken, & Pork Signature Pita ($12ea).
Tip: If you feel like a soft serve & wrap, you can order a Combo for $16 and it comes with a bottle of water. But this comes with a Classic Pita wrap which is smaller!
At $7, the soft serve yogurt is a bit steep BUT I'd highly recommend that you share it. It is filling! The soft serve portion was really nice, no hint of any chemical taste, and it was very creamy. As for the baklava portion, it was on the stale-ish side. Honey was nice!
Signature Pitas are HUGE and they come with fries inside. They are juicy/messy, so I'd recommend sitting down at a table as opposed sitting on a bench.
I had the Pork, but the Chicken was better! Although it had a good amount of herbs, it wasn't salted enough and I found it a bit dry. Chicken was more moist and was seasoned better.
Good concept, especially if you don't feel like dining in! Better if eaten sooner, rather than later. read more
