I would be remiss if I didn't leave a review after the service I received today. I searched online…read moreearlier this week for companies that repair siding. This was my first time having to get any repairs done on my house that I couldn't fix myself. One of the companies got back to me and said I needed a contractor. I get online this morning searching for contractors, hoping I was going down the right path. I find several and reached out to them. Less than 2 hours later Vince had already replied to get the ball rolling. I sent pictures of the damage and what I needed done. I didn't expect him to have any availability until next week, since it was the weekend and already late in the afternoon at this point. Vince called me up and said a storm was coming and if I was available he could come by and fix it, since he didn't want the rain to possibly cause any more damage. The amount of professionalism, efficiency and knowledge I received from Vince made me feel as though he actually cared. He explained what he was doing, the tools he was using, the behind the scenes on how construction crews put up siding, the spacing, and the measurements for it. Some companies would have just fixed it and not said anything leading you to wonder what was wrong with it to begin with. Vince made sure I understood, I almost feel like I can do contracting work now (probably just holding a ladder). The work was done quickly even though at that point had it taken longer than an hour I wouldn't have been mad. Overall Vince was a pleasure to work with, I'm grateful for his work, and expediency especially when he explained how his wife had to be hospitalized and maneuvering around that and work. I would definitely recommend him for any future home improvements!

Requested an estimate to install vinyl panels to finish off a screen porch ceiling. Received a call from a representative and we discussed the job. The representative said he fully understood what I wanted and set an appointment for the next day (Saturday) to come out to take measurements and provide a sample of the materials they would propose to use. I agreed to meet him at his schedule since I told him I would be home. He said he would call ahead as to when he would come. Waited all day Saturday with my phone nearby so as not to miss his call. Waited until close of normal business (5:00 PM) he never called and did not show up. No way I will give this company my business, wasted a whole Saturday without even getting a courtesy call.

He answered and took my information and had a quote to me within 24 hours. His quote was incredibly reasonable so I moved forward. His reviews and photos mirrored the type of company you would want to work with. He was able to provide me with a copy of his insurance as all trees were very close to structures, a fence, shed, deck, and my house. I was scheduled within a week due to some rain in the forecast. He and his team showed up on-time, as expected, and began working quickly but carefully. They had all of the necessary equipment, knowledge, and experience to remove the trees safely and protect my property. They were also very kind, polite, and easy to communicate with. There was not one piece of any of the trees that came down in a location that was not intended by the crew and in some cases was tied off and lowered to the ground piece by piece. Although they had to bring a lot of equipment into my yard, my yard was not damaged at all and their clean up was ABSOLUTELY impeccable! It honestly looked better than before they arrived due to some of the trees shedding from the winter. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Jorge and his crew. They are truly masters in their field and the fact that his communication was 100% customer focused was such a bonus. He took the time to educate me on options, possible issues with other trees on my property and you could tell he truly cares about the work he and his crew does everyday. I would recommend this company and crew with my whole heart and 100% confidence to anyone needing reasonably priced tree remove that you can rest assured with be completed with care as if it was their own property. Please consider giving Jorge a call when you are doing your research. I'm sure there are other good tree services in this area if you can get them to give you a call back, but you will have no worries from start to finish with Jorge and his crew guaranteed. Thank you sir for taking such care on my property and you will be my go-to call in the future for ALL of my tree service needs. 5 stars was not enough to show my gratitude for such excellent work!
