It feels as if we were constantly put on the back burner and not even on his schedule. Tyler has horrible communication skills and is far from reliable. For example- during a week he was set to come mow, he was on vacation. We understand things happen, but we weren't even given a heads up to make other arrangements in order to enjoy our yard on the Fourth of July. Since then he has missed yet another week of servicing.
