Coy (the owner) was very accomodating. Breakfast was always very good, downstairs in the dining room. Quiet, spacious, with a full kitchenette. Wifi worked well. Price is competitive to mid-priced hotels, which you would have to drive 20-30 mins to Evansville for. Hope to go back with my wife sometime.
