I was calling in October of 2019 and was told that nothing was available until February of 2020! I then checked Yelp and came up with two numbers. I called both and left my information with both travel agencies. Jonathan of Vacation Planning Company called back immediately! The other company called a week later with the wrong dates! Needless to say, we went with Jonathan and are we glad we did! Not only did he immediately start working on our vacation but he incorporated a colleague that had been to Bora Bora over 30 times! Everything went off without a hitch! We flew from Las Vegas to Los Angeles and on to Tahiti. Jonathan recommended the island of Mo'orea for three nights and then Bora Bora for four. It was perfect to do it this way because Mo'orea had more things to see and do and Bora Bora was mostly relaxing. It seemed as though we had two vacations for the price of one! Jonathan is a busy man with many clients, but made time to figure out various good activities for us, including the kids. I would plan way ahead of time to make sure this company can give you all the options you need and plan for contingencies also. Be warned that if you haven't traveled internationally for a while (such as before the pandemic) then you are in for a shock on how much prices have risen and how inflexible the airline schedules are. Be ready to adapt and look at it all as an adventure. Jonathan works remotely so you need to be good with planning on the phone and via email. It is a good service and I recommend it highly.
