I would never go here again! I brought in a piece of white fabric that I wanted some photos on,…read morewhich they do. I even called ahead of time to make sure They could do what I was asking. I needed 11 photos in 8x8" squares, which 3" in between photos (for a photo quilt) easy right? Apparently not. On the phone the guy was super nice and told me it would be no problem at all easy peasy. So when I go to drop off my fabric the girl had so much trouble figuring out what I was asking and the guy I talked to wasn't there of course. She said she finally got it so I left. 6 days later it was finally done I go pick it up and it's totally wrong! The pictures were in 4x6 form! Totally not usable for the quilt! So they wrecked my expensive fabric and my quilt also didn't get done for Father's Day! They said that they would replace the cost of the fabric and redo, but I had to go allllthe way across town and back to get more fabric (with my 2 month old baby) then the guy I originally talked to on the phone was there and said he didn't even remember talking to me on the phone and was so rude and said he'd redo it but it would "probably take longer now because now I have to actually measure it all " like really! Sorry you actually have to do your job! This is the short version, this whole escapade with them took hours and they argued with me and the lady that took the order wouldn't even look at me and I was being so nice to them considering! They have horrible customer service I would never go there again!

Marks is a common and favorite store of our families. as my husband works in the trades, we have…read morebeen dedicated to Marks for all of our work we are, sportswear, and pretty much everything else for over 10 years. when I went to check out, I stated again what trade my husband worked in and the discount that needed to be applied. The cashier couldn't find the code in the box, so called his manager. And I have to say, I have never in my life been so rudely treated by someone in customer service LET ALONE a person in management. She approached the counter in quite an obviously horrible mood. She grabbed the binder out of his hands and proceeded to flip through the book. She then told me that the code was not in there. I said "well it should be as we have been coming here for years and never had a problem". She then looked at me and said "if you would stop interrupting me I could explain to you that the book has changed." I had not even interrupted her. Then again I told her that I was here just over a month ago, with no issues. She didon't say a word, but simply closed the book and walked away without saying a thing. At this point, I was absolutely floored. The cashier most definitely seemed to be under stress, for good reason. He then looked at me with a shaking voice, and said "let's just leave it". So I paid for my items and then continued to leave the store. As I walked out of the store, I said to her "do you not have a manager?" and she yjen stated that she WAS the manager. Again, I am bewildered at the teatment coming from this woman. For somebody who works in customer service, nonetheless, a manager, the attitude and approach was completely disrespectful. I will be reaching out to the general manager. I did just want to make this publicly known. This is absolutely unacceptable.
