We fell…read morein love with one particular design, and immediately placed a deposit on what we thought was going to be the focal point of our dining room. Based on our conversations, we were to receive our table around 3/3 as we we were leaving for vacation the following weekend. We reached out to Steven on 2/23 and again on 3/1 with no response. A phone call finally prompted a response, and we discussed dimensions for a secondary table. We reached out to him before vacation on 3/9, and after vacation on 3/16. We were told finally on 3/16 that the table was done, and they were finishing the secondary small table. We made a followup inquiry on 3/16, with no response which by now I'm thinking is normal behavior. Inquiries again on 3/21 and 3/25 went unanswered until late in the afternoon on 3/25. We did receive a phone call from one of his workers, but no message was left. No further communication from Steven at this point. One final communication from his worker Trey was to schedule delivery on 4/1, but he said he needed to confirm with Steven. Of course a follow up message to Trey went unanswered. After this long nightmare, we were able to get our money back through our bank. Luckily we paid via credit card and not a check as the transaction was made at The Farmhouse. Steven will tell you about all of the famous people he makes furniture for, so maybe it was too small of a job to get his interest. It is really buyer beware when dealing with SDS Designs. Do you research ahead of time and you will see he has a history of poor communication with his customers. Of course there will be delays, or personal issues that arise as he indicated to us, but common business courtesy is to communicate this to your customer. The truly sad part about this is that it has ruined The Farmhouse for me. They truly do make amazing doughnuts.

I took them home and was told I had 24 hours to decide if I liked them or not. After the first day, I had decided to keep them. The sales person called me, and said that the store had made a huge error and undercharged me for the stool $100.00 and that they would have to charge my master card the difference. I said I was going to return the stools if that was the case. I took them back to the store and was told I could only get a store credit for the two stools ($595.00) I said NO WAY. I was given a full credit finally. I would not shop at this store, they are NOT nice, and very arrogant. The nice salesman, that was so wonderful when selling me the stools, was not nice at all when he saw me come back. I would have been a customer forever, but now will never set foot in this store again. Oh and I found the exact same stools at Ballard Design for 1/2 the price - BEWARE BUYERS

Being is a retailer of very high end furniture and accessories, as well as an interior design studio. If you have champagne taste and beer bottle pockets, just go to goodwill. Being does have strict policies, so you must decide wisely before spending your money. This is not Walmart, target, or some other retailer with super lax return policies, of which societies scabs love to take advantage of. I have some fantastic accessories I have picked up here over the years. Expensive? yes. Quality? Superior. Well I return? Damn Skippy!!

Good price, superb customer service, and a very capable and experienced installation team. 3 years later a repair was required and they immediately took care of it under the warranty. They are a highly ethical and customer-service oriented company with terrific staff and they must have the best installers in the business--very fast, very clean, and even took care of shoe molding at the bottom of the baseboard. I can hardly wait to have them help me with some new flooring in the new condo I just moved to! I highly recommend them to anyone considering wood flooring--they are the specialists.

Firstly, the so-called "team of loyal skilled artisans" is basically a lie. Unless, of course, someone who works at a retail clothing store in the mall and a waitress are now skilled artisans. Neither of whom know how to sew beyond a very basic level. Secondly, the pictures of finished work posted on this company's website were all made by actual skilled artisans that do not work at Creative Design Interiors any longer. So if you order a cornice or duvet, maybe even draperies, it probably will not be of the same quality as the items in those pictures, if these items can be obtained at all. There's quite a bit of misrepresentation/false advertising happening at Creative Design Interiors and people should be aware of it. Be sure to place your order with open eyes and all available information.

The salesman, David Moffatt, said not to worry; we can hold the items and deliver them for free when you are ready to receive them. The delivery was white glove, and the men were wonderful. I later had some trouble with the bar stools, so I spoke to Mr Moffatt, who talked with Bob in the warehouse about going to my home to fix the stools, which Bob did. It was an easy fix with me as a happy customer. I can't say enough about this wonderful store that gives great personal customer service.
