    They have a very wide selection. I would definitely go shopping here again and again and again, however the staff is very friendly.

    ComForCare Home Care services is not what is advertised on TV. My mom needed a home care agency,…read moreand I choose this one because of the advertisement. Management is horrible and unprofessional and can use a training in communication skills. The owner of the company has not reached out to me to see why I cancelled services with them. I called Friday morning to inform him why services were cancelled, and I still haven't heard from him. This company didn't work well with my mom, instead they lack communication skills, time management, and doesn't work with the family to provide the hours of services the family needs. The company sent me a caregiver to assist with my mom, and she was excellent. They took her out within 3 weeks, and replace with another caregiver who left my mom in soaking diapers several times. Management called to tell me that they would put her in 3 days a week to help out the other caregiver, because her clients requested more hours. The individual replaced turn out to be permanent and lazy. I was not notified of her being replaced permanent by management instead by the worker. I asked for the previous caregiver to stay, because she provided excellent service. Management did not care about my concerns at all. The second caregiver was lying about the things she did for my mom, and hospice that is in place from another agency was the one to tell me that she wasn't doing anything. When I called to have her removed, the agency did not have anyone else to put in place and asked that I let her stay with training. Who should need training when you been here a year. I requested for her to leave during a meeting at the house when she didn't own up to her mistake or apologize for what she did to my mom. I gave them until the end of the week to find me someone else. They sent another worker who worked out good, but the problem was if she needed to be off they didn't have anyone to replace her. Management called and asked me do I need someone that day. I replied yes do you have someone, and I was told I don't know. Isn't the purpose of this agency to provide relief for the caregiver? Well there was no relief for the caregiver. Respite was provided for my mom, but was provided when the company wanted to not when the family needed it. My mom started to lose respite hours a month, and I requested those hours be used on Sunday so I can attend church. A month had past and still loosing hours. Instead of blaming the family for cancel services, learn how to communicate better by reaching out to the family when services are terminated to fix the problems to prevent this to continue happening.

We attended a beach field trip with children that were in 5th grade and below. So what do we all know is at the beach? Water and sand!! My child was going onto the bus to grab her changing clothes for the next event and the male bus driver asked her to take her shoes off in a ride manor and proceeded to jump off the bus and kick her shoes about 3 times. Him not knowing that I was right outside of the bus. Thankfully there were multiple parents that witnessed his passive aggressive and rude behavior. And we all let him know that was not the way that should have been handled. She's a child. He went on to say she was rude getting on his bus and ruining his floors. I initially apologized because it was not intentional and I volunteered to clean it up. After he kept going on and on and basically looked pissed. I said what am I apologizing for if you're going to continue to act like a bully. Then I saw my daughter had tears in her eyes. She should not be crying on a field trip with her classmates and friends. We paid too much money for an experience like this. So I of course gave him a few words of how I was feeling. I had parents to remove our items from his bus and road on the bus with another driver. Later on I received information from other parents that he was always saying something out the way to the kids not knowing that parents were near or on the bus. Sad to say he has some growing up to do. But at his age, I don't see it happening. If you knew your contract involved kids and the beach then why accept the offer knowing that you would treat children in such a manner. My child's teacher laid into him really good and asked him to apologize. We never received one. I didn't expect it honestly. Scroll pass this company is my suggestion!
