I asked a sales representative to help me find a black one in my old size or one band size smaller. She kept insisting that I needed one three cup sizes larger than the one I was looking for, which I'd been measured for at this same store. She kept insisting that I needed a bigger size and humiliated me in front of my husband and others in the store. I found another salesperson on the Pink side and she helped me and I tried on some bras, and ended up with one in the smaller band size, same cup size that I thought. I would not pay $50 for ONE bra if it was the wrong size just to prove someone wrong so obviously I was the size I thought. It was embarrassing and I am average size, height and weight, friendly, average looks, 58 years old. I can't figure out why she would be so snotty to me.

The front half of the store is a clothing boutique with mostly women's clothes (and some mens) and the back room is vintage clothing. I didn't even go in the back honestly, partially because I can rarely find cool plus size vintage clothes so it's not usually worth it anyway, and because I was so happy with the front half of the store that I didn't feel the need to. They have clothes by soooo many cool brands in so many cool patterns and colors. Everything from floral jumpsuits, botanical dresses, abstract bodysuits, neon shirts, etc etc. I could have easily spent my entire paycheck in here! I ended up leaving with a Nooworks shirt in a print I've been eyeing on their website for months. Amazing spot!

I've been a Kohl's customer with good standing for more than 20 years and a Kohl's valued card…read moreholder for at least have that time. I had an outstanding $54 credit on my card from a previous merchandise return a of couple years ago. I went to Kohl's a few days ago to use the credit to zero out and close my account only to find that Kohl's had already closed my account without ever notifying me. In doing so, Kohl's kept my $54. I checked my Kohl's card agreement, a long multi-paged document printed on 8.5" x 14" paper. The key sentence I found stated that Kohl's may cancel your card at ANY time for ANY reason. In other words, you as a customer have absolutely no rights and no protection. While I was in the Missoula store, I took the opportunity to look around. I was very disappointed with the quality and limited selection of merchandise. Kohl's used to offer good quality items but apparently no more. Also, while they have the electronic signs in the store posting sale prices on certain merchandise, you may be told at the register that the item supposedly on sale does not actually qualify for the current deal. Take this advice or not, but if you do shop at Kohl's, beware the pitfalls of their policies!
