Clean and Respectful. I don't shop there often. But, I have been going there; since it opened about a two months or so after my 21st birthday. At that time they had hired several diverse types of people one of who was a creepy young guy. I complained to management, and they handled. Since then they only seem to hire people who understand that while shopping for things of a discreet nature women, especially do not appreciate creepy behavior. They also have increased their products to include not just one group, gender, or one size. I like going there for funny candies for friends. I also find that they have some cool cards and bumper stickers. They also have unique cake pan molds, balloons, straws, and other things for bachelor or bachelorette parties. They have flavored body powder and oils, lingerie, couples games, and who knows what they've added since then. I don't know what all the left side room has cause that is more the adult entertainment area that I have no desire to see. read more

Very rude, will not allow any bags and will not allow photos to be taken. Will only come out of booth area to get upset with me for taking photos but not to help me after I've been pacing back and forth for 35mins having a hard time deciding what I want. She definitely came out to tell me not to take photos tho so she definitely saw me having a hard time but only bothered me about the photos. It's extremely creepy environment and very dirty. Some weird sketchy stuff happens in the back of the building and just over all super creepy and unprofessional. I was walking in the store when all of a sudden a rude man cashier/ owner asked me in an abrupt voice to put my phone away and told me to read the signs, then he goes telling me that no bags are allowed and to read the sign... excuse me buddy but I'm not a thief or some weird person recoding anyone! Worst customer service ever! I don't recommend this store. Never come here! read more

The people that work here are super friendly and incredibly helpful. They speak with you in a casual way that helps you feel more comfortable talking about what you're either looking for or need. They're ready to offer helpful advice or adventurous selections. I enjoy going to their store, even though they're pricier than Spencer's (I've got a rather tight budget right now). They just have a wide variety of toys, lubes, or stimulants. I would definitely suggest to giving them a browse if you're interested in spicing up the boudoir. read more

Very nice and clean store. However, I was no allowed to bring my purse into the store and had to be "buzzed" through to leave the store. Apparently they have an issue with theft and that's horrible but not everyone is a thief and I did not appreciate being treated like one. Not sure I will go back because of that. read more

I wouldn't say I'm an adult shop connoisseur by any means, but I've been to quite a few over the course of my adult years. They all have pretty similar content - videos, toys, some clothes, novelties, etc. Rarely do they have any but the most passing appeal to women, since we're more often concerned about getting something on our shoe, or that dude over in the video section leering at us. I was in Amarillo on a roadtrip, and I decided I wanted to hit up an adult shop and found Fantasy's. I was extremely impressed - probably the best shop I've been to in a long time, perhaps period. To begin with, the building is big, brightly lit, and clean looking on the outside - a relative rarity. When you go inside, the first thing you see is the section usually more appealing to women - toys, books, lingerie, etc. After you wander around for a while, you notice the video section...which is separated from the rest by a large wall blocking leers. Their selection is also excellent, with lots of variety for men and women, gay straight and bisexual (I was shocked at the latter). I didn't explore the video section, but it was fairly large and looked good. Finally, there was a woman on duty to check me out. She was nice, and was sure to let me know that my credit card statement wouldn't give anything away. Overall, excellent experience - would do again! read more

Speaking as a guy, I was not terribly impressed with this adult sex shop. Pretty limited selection (especially in the videos area!). Seems to be geared to a very particular type of customer. Also very very pricey, for what you get. It's one of the few shops like it in town, so I think it doesn't have much competition unfortunately. It's a place to get your toys and accessories though. Upside, it's very clean and organized. I'll give it that. I guess I miss the shops in Austin though. I'll only go back if I really need to. Side note, none of the staff once asked if I needed any help. And several employees were around. That was discouraging! read more

If i could give it no stars I would have. I had a camper on and tried 2 park out of the way on the side of the building. The very rude woman who works there said I had 2 park in the back in the big trk spot....there are 2 whole big truck spots and only 1 is an actual spot a person with a big vehicle could feasibly get in and out of and it was taken. The very rude woman wouldn't let me park anywhere so me and my cpl hundred dollars worth of business will go elsewhere....the rude woman said she didn't care if I took my bus elsewhere. Don't shop here unless u enjoy being treated badly!!! read more
