She had a big argument with one of her employees telling her to "fix her attitude" in front of loads of customers. They were very aggressive with my hands pulling them closer and rudely telling me to put my hands in the machine. She worked around two broken nails and managed to salvage them for me using nail glue and a few extra coats of gel. Highly recommend her and the prices were extremely reasonable.
