I had really let my…read moremane go and was nervous to try someone new so I just kept putting it off until it became an unmanageable poof-ball. I saw some Insta videos of Ziggy's work and I am so happy I took the chance on her. The salon is calm, relaxed and peaceful. It didn't have that chaotic hustle bustle of some places that make you feel like you're in a hen house. Add to that Messi's superior scalp massage, scratch, double cleanse and condition, and I was too zen to be concerned about my hair any more. Thankfully, I didn't have to worry. I got a superior cut from Ziggy and no judgment on the impulsive chop job I did myself when I couldn't stand my dry ends any more. She gave me super easy tips to keep my curls intact and I came home with some new product. I feel so much lighter, physically and mentally, now. Thanks for everything- looking forward to seeing you again!

So I decided to call again because I was in the area and said, why not? So I called, the owner David answered and I made an appt.for tuesday at 10. I arrived to the address listed on his website and lo and behold, there was a small sign saying they moved. Ok,I'm already annoyed but I drove a few more minutes and saw the storefront sign.I opened the door to what looked like a small building under construction, not a sign anymore.I managed to look in the window from the street and saw an empty space with some hair dryers so I figured this must be the place.I have no idea if anyone works there or wtf is going on,but I got out of there as fast as I could fuming all the way. This owner has been in business long enough to get his act together. His website has his old address,I tried to reach him just to say what a disgrace he is,but he hadnt even set up his voicemail. If he ever appears, stay away from this place. I wasted time and energy and I am sure he could care less. This is beyond unprofessional. This guy is seriously unhinged.

Wish I could give this NEGATIVE stars…read more When I went to Ellie at La Bella Salon, I told her VERY SPECIFICALLY: NO LAYERS...JUST TRIM THE ENDS. My long curly hair (mid back) was all the same length (picture the singer from Lourde, only slightly shorter and not as thick, but just as curly). I asked her to show me how much she was cutting off, and she showed me about an inch in her hand. I said okay. I wear glasses and cannot see to the mirror, so I just let her do her thing. I kept reminding her NO LAYERS and she kept saying "Don't worry!!! I make you beautiful!!!" Well, as soon as I put on my glasses I saw that NOT ONLY did she give me CRAZY amount of layers, but my hair is now up to my shoulders. My hair takes a long time to grow, and it will be over a year until the shortest layers...bangs...are even able to tuck behind my ears. When I refused to pay, they said they would call the police on me. Since Saturday I have left messages for an owner or manager to call me back...NOTHING!!! I know I cannot get my hair back, but I at least want a refund...and an apology. BIGGEST HAIR DISASTER EVER!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! STAY AWAY!!!
