I had a nice experience at Capelli Salon while visiting Cumberland…read more When I walked in the door, the salon looked clean and well organized. There is a product wall which appeared to be mainly hair products. I had a gel pedicure by Tracy Ann. I really liked Tracy Ann. She was friendly and thorough. They also do hair, waxing and massage. To remove the gel, Tracy Ann did not use a nail drill but soaked the gel, wrapped in foil, let it sit then removed the gel with a file. Just adding that information for those who are used to using a nail drill to remove gel polish. Files are not as thorough but I used a similar color so it worked out fine. She followed up with cutting, filing and removing calluses. I forgot to take a picture of my pedicure right away but it turned out beautiful. If you are looking for a nice pedicure experience, visit Capelli Salon.

The staff was very friendly and had a great sense of humor, which I really appreciated. However,…read moreunfortunately, I did not receive the results I had requested, aside from the color. The length was not what I had asked for, and several of my nails are uneven, crooked, and inconsistent in size. Additionally, the nail drill became extremely hot on my nails. Rather than allowing it to cool down, the technician continued using it on my other nails. The drill was also used with excessive pressure, leaving some of my nails quite sore afterward. Overall, while I appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the staff's humor, I was disappointed with the quality of the service and the final results. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the experience for future customers

A Real Barbershop!…read more How long has it been since you've had a man's haircut experience? Ya know, the kind offered by a barber, rather than a stylist who who went to beauty college. Guy stuff like trimming back eyebrows, attacking those wierd antennas that seem to thrive on your ears, and the final clean up with hot foam and a straight razor is all part of the experience. The decor is Man Cave with with deer heads and a taxidermied bear named Blackie. There's even a traditional barber pole outside. Yep, it rotates and lights up. Cool! Oh, and the haircuts are excellent !!!

When asked about the healing process she said "whatever google says" and when followed up with "what?" she said "what, you don't got google?". Wouldn't do crease of nose placement for piercing because of bacteria yet told me to look on Pinterest for inspo and they all damn near are crease placements. Terrible customer service and probably shouldn't pierce if she can't answer how long the healing process is. Never got the piercing and left. Won't be returning.
