The tattoo artist that has done all my tattoos, Darren Hose, has created all my tattoos and makes sure that his area is clean and checks if I'm OK. He has done 2 tattoos on my right leg, and a half sleeve on my left arm. Fast forward to this…read morepast weekend, one of the balls of the earrings I was pierced with fell off while I was on vacation and I lost the earring. It was the only pair I had. So I made an appointment to get a new pair from this shop. I went in on Tuesday and got a similar hoop and the guy (not Willow, but can't recall his name) replaced them and put them in for me. I was charged $85 which is outrageous, but fine whatever, I paid it and gave the guy a $10 tip. The next day, I noticed the right earring ball was quite loose. I tried tightening it myself but it just keeps spinning around. I didn't want to lose the ball and earring again so I contacted their FB page and asked what I could do to tighten it. Whoever replied said you need a special tool and that I could just "pop in and they'd take care of me". I informed them I'd be there around 5:30 on Thursday (today) and didn't hear back. So I pop in, as directed, and the same guy who fixed me up on Tuesday is there and he asks if I have an appt. I told him I was the one on FB who had the loose earring and he looked at me like he had no clue what I was talking about and said the person who was messaging me is the owner and he's in Thailand. Ok...? Dude didn't even recognize me from 2 days before. I ask him if he will tighten it and he's like "I can but it would be a $10 service charge". I said "I just paid $95 on Tuesday for these and one is loose already and I don't want to lose it and have to pay for another one." He tells me it shouldn't fall out any that me wanting him to tighten it would be "my preference" and that he "doesn't work for free." He was being extremely rude and it was ridiculous that he wouldn't honor what the owner told me. This shop lost any future business from me based on this interaction. I'm only giving 2 stars because my first experience here was just fine, as was my visit on Tuesday. In fact, the guy who got the new earrings in was very pleasant, not at all the kind of attitude I got from him today. Horrible customer service and treatment of a customer.

Hi, I almost never review a place, but I need to review this place. Yesterday I woke up and had an…read moreissue with my newest ear piercing (apparently I have a problem ear and this time it's my right ear). Basically, over the night my gem stone ended up in my ear between the holes. Go figure. I contact Anchor's End Tattoo in Hudson. Told them about the issue. They let me know the piercer in Hudson was not in and to look into the River Falls or Stillwater shop. I opted for River Falls. I made the appointment and explained the weird issue. I went in at my appointed time and the piercer was all ready for me. Sorry, really bad with names. I told her what happened. Thankful she had experience with this kind of thing. I also told her if she couldn't fix it, I would head over to "urgent care". She was a complete delight. So nice and kind. She looked at it and was able to get the gem out of there and replaced my earrings with a larger crystal and a longer stem to account for the swelling I was experiencing. Honestly, I cannot say enough nice things about her. This was my 2nd experience there and honestly both were just as wonderful. I really appreciated her getting me in to get this resolved. Thank you so much.
