The length was not what I had asked for, and several of my nails are uneven, crooked, and inconsistent in size. Additionally, the nail drill became extremely hot on my nails. Rather than allowing it to cool down, the technician continued using it on my other nails. The drill was also used with excessive pressure, leaving some of my nails quite sore afterward. Overall, while I appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the staff's humor, I was disappointed with the quality of the service and the final results.
