I have been getting my hair done by one of the stylists for over 10 years. The place is very clean and fairest prices in town.

I went to this location last October, I was desperate for a haircut. I went in and the woman at the front counter didn't even look at me. I had to wave and speak for a few seconds before she took notice. I sat in a chair for around 10 minutes before one of the stylists put their phone down and came to cut my hair. I was literally the only customer there. I told her exactly what I wanted but she didn't seem to be listening. She began cutting my hair when a conversation started up between all the stylists. They started talking openly about how drunk they were going to get on Halloween and were talking about their slutty costumes! From what I gathered two of the women were mother and daughter and those two were comparing with one another how raunchy their costumes were! I was very uncomfortable. During this, the woman cutting my hair was very distracted and gave me the worst haircut of my life! Literally the worst I've ever received. I think I paid $12 for that haircut. I almost refused to pay. I definitely didn't tip. I'll never go back to another Fantastic Sams, especially not this one. I feel like I'd get better service if I sat down in front of Michael J. Fox and handed him some nail clippers. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star! I walked in and I thought the lady at the counter said do you have an appointment and I said no I don't but I called in earlier and you just said walk in. She replied with an annoyed voice saying that's not what I asked. I asked what you wanted. Then I replied nicely saying just a trim please she said it would be a 15 minute wait. I was there for 30 minutes. Then someone took me back and cut my hair very unevenly. She didn't even spend 10 minutes on my hair and said I'll see you at the counter. She didn't ask me if I liked it or if she needed to change it or anything. So I didn't have time to look at it as I was rushing to the counter. It didn't look how I wanted it to when I saw a glimpse of it walking by. So I did not tip and I am very glad I did not. I do not recommend coming here at all. Even if your desperate like I was because now I have to go to my normal person and have her fix it. I will never go back!! read more
