We had a list of 15 items that needed a handyman to help us with. Some jobs were small whilst…read moreothers were more involved. The list took 2 days to complete. All other handymen that I contacted asked that I first email them the list together with some photos and then either ignored me completely or text me a quote without even coming out to properly discuss the job. Elias was the only one that came out and spent time with us discussing the work and then provided me with a very reasonable quote on the spot. Elias locked in a time with me and turned up on time each day to start work, which for most trades people these days is quite unusual. The quality of the work was fantastic, and Elias continued to engage with me on how I wanted the work done through out the process. I couldn't recommend him any higher. Old school service from a young highly trained person. Was great to see the same person taking your initial call also doing the quote and the work. Trent (Parkdale)

Ciro is my local glazier, as well as glass he also does some basic handyman work. I've been to him…read morea couple of times to get a replacement louver for the bathroom window and a mirror cut to size but this time I had an unusual job - replacing the hardened security glass beside my front door and installing a cat door underneath it. The old glass was this ugly beer bottle brown stuff that looked very old fashioned and I wanted some new frosted glass. I went around to his workshop and choose the new frosted glass from a few samples that were lying around. In the end I went home with two samples to mull over exactly what kind of frosted glass I wanted. I'm a bit of handyman and tight with my money so I installed the cat door myself leaving the glass fitting to Ciro. Ciro was a great guy to work with although like most tradesmen pinning him down to an exact time is impossible even though his house and workshop are only a few blocks from my house.
