I wish I knew these things earlier. It took a little bit to explain to the agent on the phone what exactly the problem is and I was worried that he didn't quite understand but when the handyman came everything went smoothly. Their website was very informative (and quite well designed I might add ), email communications with Derek were very prompt and helpful, and the handymen were available for the express back yard cleaning I needed. After doing a bit more research and gathering a few quotes from different companies, city handyman offered the most reasonable quote BY FAR! Now to the actual work done.. I came home to a perfectly cleaned back yard. No rubbish or leaves left behind and the concrete was spotless! And we got an honest quote for another job we need to be done!
