They completely remodeled our master bathroom, replaced flooring, painted both interior and exterior, walled in our formal dining room for my home office (including French doors), and will hopefully be replacing the flooring in our master bedroom if the wife and I can decide on what we want. Costs are more than reasonable, all crews have been extremely professional and courteous, not to mention the owner David...he is exceptional. They have individual foremen who specialize in specific trades, and run their respective crews. Very well run business model from what I've seen, and David clearly takes pride in the work he provides. We had some exterior paint peeling off after a few years of being applied, and David sent a crew out immediately to fix it all. There was some caulking that was crumbling in the bathrooms, and we had a guy here the same day I reached out, and he fixed it all. A+ all the way!

I was disappointed with my experience with Alexis Home Painting. Their communication was hostile…read moreand harrassing. The project was left incomplete, and the overall quality of workmanship fell well below expectations. Proper surface preparation was not performed before painting, which affected the final finish, which I had to pay another paint contractor to refinish. Paint was left on door hardware and flooring, requiring additional cleanup after the crew left. The caulking work was also poorly executed, with several lines appearing crooked, uneven, and incomplete. They did not fill small nail holes and imperfections in sheet rock before painting making that stand out more after painting. I gave the company an opportunity to address these concerns, but the issues remained unresolved. Attention to detail and proper preparation are critical in painting projects, and unfortunately, those standards were not met on this job. Based on my experience, I would not hire Alexis Home Painting again. Very unprofessional.

The estimate given for both rooms was very reasonable, especially considering it includes all supplies, all setup, cleanup, and fixing nail pops as well. Truly a value for sure. With my hectic travel schedule, Reese was so accommodating with scheduling the project, which we truly appreciated. The two gentlemen arrived on time in the morning and proceeded to set up the flooring protection, covered any exposed furniture, and started fixing the nail pops in the ceiling. After that, they quickly got down the business and started the painting process. The whole process took roughly 2 days, and my mind was blown with how perfect they were able to get the lines so clean and the color on so evenly and just perfect. They made sure everything was cleaned up and ready before leaving. I cannot express how happy we are with the result and with how easy and smooth this process was. For future projects, we will absolutely work with them again. We absolutely recommend Willow Painting and can see why they were voted Best in Denton.
