Ordered from Fans edge, hat and t-shirt. Paid for 1 day shipping. The shipping company they use is Lasership, package shipped from Jacksonville florida to port charlotte florida is now in Virginia? After reading reviews this is something that they do. Be very careful ordering from FansEdge/Fanatics. And of course lasership is using the covid excuse. read more

Product broke after using twice. The company said we'd get a refund but then lied about informing me we were past the return date. Completely dishonest company and shitty cheap products. Wouldn't buy anything form them. Stick with Dicks Sporting Goods. This place is the pits. read more

Stay away... Sorry to say, but this was a terrible experience. I ordered four items online through their EBay store and contacted them multiple times via email and order feedback to make sure the delivery was within the week. I was set to take my kids to their first college football experience, having ordered new gear for all of us to wear. I finally spoke with someone by phone in customer service, who assured me a next-day shipping was in order. It was, but for only one of the items. They split the order up for some reason and completely botched the shipping, which five days after the original order is still in limbo in some processing center thousands of miles away and apparently won't get here for almost another two weeks. So utterly disappointing. Kids will be devastated that they won't have their new gear for their first game experience. But what's most disappointing is a total lack of accountability, assistance or help from Fansedge. I spoke to a customer service rep and then a manager, who acknowledged the screw-up but said they'd only refund the minor shipping fee. There was no real empathy, no interest in helping or trying to work with the customer to make good or try to really proactively turn a bad situation around. It's so easy to do, but sadly Fansedge has zero interest in actually working with the customer and ensuring they're satisfied. I thought I was getting a good deal with the pricing here, but the reality is: buyer beware. There's a clear reason these guys might be a little cheaper. And it could cost you big time in the long run. It did me... Just hoping to save someone else the headache. Or heartache... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered Seahawks gear to support my sons football and they now won't be delivered until the 31st!! My son only has five game shots year and we will be lucky if it shows up in time for the last two games. They excuse I get is it's covid well I have ordered tons during covid and things across the Is have shipped within a couple days! No excuse to ship two states away and take sixteen days! They customer support is NO help and just keeps blaming fed ex read more

I ordered a Lionel 1:64 car from them. When I've bought them on Ebay, sellers put the cars in a cardboard box to ship it to protect it. This place just throws it in a padded envelope. As a result, expect your item to be damaged in shipping. In this case, the factory display box the car was put in had some minor damage from being crushed in shipping. This place is looking for the cheapest way to ship something. I'll stick to buying on Ebay from now on. read more

If I could give no stars I would. The owner of this company/franchise should take more pride in their company and the fact that there are more unhappy consumers than there are happy. I ordered several items. I wasn't privy to the horrible reviews until now. I placed an order on Saturday. I called them Tuesday morning and spoke with a rep. I express my concern and she told me that all of my items were in stock and she told me the number of items for each (all were like 17 to almost 200). She assured me that I would receive a shipping notice at some point on Tuesday. Instead; I wake up to a partial cancel notice.... what in the heck Fanedge!!!! This place is GARBAGE!!!!!!!! AVOID THIS SITE AND ALL OF ITS SISTER BRANDS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! read more

Ordered on the 23rd and the item still has not arrived. Used lasership.com to ship. I should have not ordered from a company that does not use one of the big three to ship. Was suppose to get there before new years eve, now it might arrive on January 5th. I would not order from them unless you do not need you item anytime soon. read more

What a rip off!!!!!!! I ordered a $19.00 National Championship t shirt and paid for overnight shipping. That was 5 days ago and the shirt just arrived today. So, I just paid 50 bucks for a $19 shirt. Thanks for nothing FansEdge! I called their customer service line and the of course, the abrasive agent on the phone basically said I should be glad to have gotten it as soon as I did. What an ass! If I return the shirt I have to pay for the shipping label and I don't get a refund for my overnight charge from FedEx which means I'd only be refunded $15.00! My advice? Shop somewhere else. These guys suck as far as customer service. read more

Painfully slow shipping. I live approx 40 min from the wearhouse and it still took 7+ business days.

Personally, I have never had an issue with them, however, I recently had my mother purchase a Christmas present for my son through their site. Our order had two items. One item shipped and was received with packing slip and all. The second item (or what we thought was the second item) arrived three days later in its own box. In the end it wasn't the item she ordered for my son. So my poor mother was missing her "big" gift for her youngest grandson. After the holiday, we called the customer service center at 855-438-0678. Turns out this is a call center in Dallas, Texas. They don't even know who they would report to at the corporate office in Jacksonville, Florida. All they could offer us was a refund. The issue is that when we purchased the item it was in stock, we received the wrong item and now the item we wanted is out of stock. Low and behold - still no gift for her grandson. When you contact the corporate number 904-421-8144 you get a cisco messaging system and are told to enter your selection from a touch pad phone. If you press 0 for the operator, they tell you the operator isn't available. On their website is the following statement "Our Fan Advocates are committed to your satisfaction and view each time you contact us as a chance to build a relationship. We're shoppers too and dedicated to delivering our customers the kind of shopping experience we would want to have. If your expectations are not exceeded and if you don't look forward to coming back, then we haven't done our job!" It is clear that they are NOT DOING THEIR JOB! I am not done yet I will contact someone there... eventually! read more

Order some items to be shipped next day air. My guess is they created the label and never actually shipped the product. Running an eCommerce store myself, places like this, give legit businesses a bad name. Contacted online chat, they person created a "ticket" and said someone would contact me in 3-5 days..... after the game that we are attending. I told the girl that I would be doing a charge back. My guess is that this not even a real business. read more

Received a very undersized sweatshirt. Returned it promptly. Weeks later I get an email saying they don't take returns for personalized orders (it wasn't) or items that were worn (it wasn't) so they "donated it to charity." No refund. It was a new with tags Georgetown Hoodie sweatshirt. Unbelievable. Do not order with them. They send you the wrong stuff and charge you for it with no refunds. Should be illegal. read more

The company does mot stand by their word . An item that was scheduled to be delivered 3-7 days is over 2 weeks late with no apologies

ordered one product from FansEdge and they placed me on their email spam list and now send constant marketing emails even after I have followed their "unsubscribe" link and emailed customer service after ever one to take me off their lists. will never order from FansEdge gain because of this abuse. read more

I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. I agree 100% with most of these reviews. If I could give less than 0 I would. Their customer service is horrible!!! I ordered a sweatshirt, paid for 2 day shipping, and was told that the 2 days doesn't start until after the order is processed. Then I went online to show someone at work the sweatshirt I purchased, and saw it was almost $20.00 less. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told they do not price match. I said you aren't price matching another store, IT'S YOUR STORE. She said "I'm sorry, we don't price adjust". I will NEVER order from FansEdge again. Not very FAN FRIENDLY!!!!! read more

I will start by saying I'm very disappointed with fansedge ! this is my third time that I have order from fansedge and this last order was unacceptable , I ordered a zephyer oregon ducks puddles snapback hat - kelly green/gold flat bill ! FANSEDGE mailed me ( shipped out) a oregon ducks white /green/gold curve bill hat that looked nothing like the picture online , and it looked use old and washed , it looked nothing like the picture to be honest , it looked like when they got my order someone liked the hat and switched it with their old oregon ducks hat ! And if this review is challenged by fansedge I took pictures of the hat and filed a complaint with AMERICAN EXPRESS and there backing me 100% look at my profile picture if not telling the truth ! I was emailed response from Jasmine J . that this order was checked and will be sent in original brand new condition if another order was to placed ! WHAT ! That poor customer service it looks like they new they sent me the wrong use hat . Now if they really cared and wanted to take care of their customers they would of sent me the new hat FREE of charge ! read more

Worst online experience ever! Do not shop here. They miss delivered once. Reshipped and says delivered. Never arrived. Called customer service and it disconnected me after ten minutes on hold. I ordered 6 things 3 weeks ago and I pray either they refund my money or they magically appear before Christmas. Absolute worst experience ever. Save your time and money and avoid this company. read more

Wow if I could choose a 0 I would have.. I had a bad experience in the past with shipping taking long.I said then I would never go back...... Why didn't I listen to myself and the tons of negative reviews. My mom wanted these Ravens slippers they had so bad that I went ahead and ordered , this time I took a screen shot of my confirmation screen , everything looked good, Then I received a call from the bank asking if I made a purchase with this company, they said they were trying to Bill with the WRONG BILLING ADDRESS,so I went and checked my email confirmation they sent and yes they had a wrong NOT EVEN CLOSE ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING AND BILLING. I called it had not even been 24 hours since I placed the order.I told them they had the wrong address and they said it had already shipped and I would have to wait for it to get delivered to the wrong address and if they received it back then I could have it replaced or refunded but here's the kicker, (ONLY IF THEY GET THE PACKAGE BACK, ) so I asked what happens if whoever lives there decides they want to keep it, then whAt???? I was TOLD IF it's stolen ,then there wouldn't be anything they could do, other than file a police report and then ask fansedge.com if they would refund and then only if my order is eligible????? I asked what makes it eligible ? She could not tell me , she wasn't sure. Ok so I panicked, and called the post office for the wrong address, they said they would hold it, they asked for my tracking number, I found out that fans edge.com doesn't ship thru the usps. I contacted the shipping company they were great , they said they hadn't even received the package yet, but they had no problem after verifying my identity, to change my address, they transferred me back to fans edge.com the shipping company supervisor gave me her name and said let fansedge.com know I spoke with so and so at the shipping co , and they said since the order was able to 'be changed all fansedge.com had to do was fix it on there end in the computer. MY RESPONCE FROM FANSEDGE.COM WAS ( it would take 5-7 business days for the request to even get to the correct department. That's 5 days past the original delivery date. I called the shipping co back and they were amazing, they said they will be able to fix for us. I pray it works, fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me I will never shop there again, and I will let anyone know who asks that this company is not worth the sales. If this doesn't work I'm out 175$ and they don't care. read more

Never Ever Shop Fans Edge, Fanatics or the College Football Store - they are all the same. I ordered on Oct. 5 - they say RELAX - we've got your order and their website says they ship within 3 business days - on the 4th day I received an email that my order was delayed and I could cancel - I called because of the reviews I then read and the tone of their email. They " create a ticket" which is supposed to get a response as to the status - you have to wait 2 business days after the ticket is generated for a response and then you can call them the next business day - so every 3 business days you can call them! I called 6 times - talked to 2 managers - today - Oct. 19 I cancelled the order. No information as to when I would receive my order. This was a special gift for a one- in- a-lifetime birthday gift for my son. I had to drive to the college book store and pick up a generic jersey - They - Fans Edge and their other business names sure ruined a special birthday! There are reasons for the negative reviews - I'm not alone & I also completed a Better Business Bureau of Florida complaint. read more
