We ordered a rolling TN black backpack that has been used for less than 2 months. The large orange T (which we all know that's why it cost over $100) is peeling off. I contacted customer service and was told they could not help me if I didn't want to send it back. I ask for other ways to repair the T that is noticeable peeling off the front. I was told "nothing." This company is beyond a shadow of a doubt the most unprofessional and scam like "companies" I have ever dealt with. Their service team is a complete joke. I was told directly via phone call my return would be processed directly back to my credit card 10-14 days after being received. Once received, they gave me a gift card refund. I called and spoke with their customer service team as was told after 7 representatives and 4 hours of my life that there was nothing they could do to change the refund. I was promised directly by the service team and had them place this in writing in their system that my return was to be sent to my credit card. It was not. I informed them of their failed refund attempt and after another hour of talking with their service team was told there is nothing they can do. Then they say "we will escalate this and send it to management" only to have managment say the same thing. Fansedge stole my money, lied about my refund, and would not correct their mistake even when called out. They are a shameless scam of a company and are thieves. From the date of my order (1/17/2023) to today (one month later), the company advertises FREE U.S. SHIPPING Over $24 at the top of their website. I ordered one of their MLB T-shirts that I really wanted - pretty much the entire reason I ordered in the first place - then bought a second shirt to take advantage of their free shipping offer. Soon after my order, I was notified that the first shirt in my order was out of stock, cancelled, and that the add-on shirt was on the way. I would have been fine with that except, FansEdge / Fanatics Commerce Holdco, Inc. tacked on $15.16 of shipping and additional tax to my order of that second shirt AND they were still advertising that first shirt I ordered as being in stock, on sale, and ready for another unsuspecting sucker to order from them. PayPal resolved the case in my favor after the hassle of having to properly report this dishonest business and their scam. I was on hold for approx 5 min, which is actually not bad at all....then I was disconnected. Not the first time this has happen. I was trying to confirm some credits I was suppose to receive. What fansedge sent me in an email isn't what they credited to my card. Also, they taunt year round no hassle returns. What they don't tell you is that they charge up to a $9.00-10.00 fee. I ordered a custom shirt on sat/nov 24th. I needed it by the following Saturday. I was told it would take up to 4 days to ship and that if I paid to have it overnighted, I could get it in time. On Thursday night I saw the order was still pending. The supervisor (kelly) told me there was nothing they could do since it was a custom order they cannot cancel it nor can I return it. I had to call and go through a huge hassle to get to a customer service rep to get a return label. My item cost 68 dollars without tax and just got notified today they only refunded me 46 dollars. Such a terrible experience. I ordered Washington Redskins division shirts on Tuesday, 12/29. They said it was a specialty item and should ship before 1/7. On 1/5, I contacted customer service to find out the status. They were absolutely worthless. The guy I spoke with told me everything I had read on the website. (It "should" ship this week, it was a specialty item so it was not made yet, and you should have it soon). I explained to him that I already got those answers online and I needed additional information. He responded with "well that's all that I have on my screen." I'm not sure why he couldn't think outside the box and ask for a manager, so I did and of course no one is available. When I told him I would wait, he hung up on him. I guess that's how this company tells their employee to deal with their customers when they don't like speaking with them. THEN, yesterday I finally get an email saying the shirts have been shipped. It took another 24 hours (just now) to get the arrival date to pop up. It says arriving by end of day on Monday. The game is on Sunday. If i don't get these by Saturday (since no mail delivery on Sunday), I am returning them for a full refund. I have already reported the false advertising as well. The website should have said "will not get in time for the game unless you do 2 day delivery." I'm sorry, ordering 2 weeks in advance, I thought I would. And they already charged me.
