I placed an order with them on 12/21/25 using a discount code. They did not apply the code. I've called thier number and could Not talk to a representative. I contacted their parent company Fanatics and could not talk to a representative without giving out my credit card number. All I want is for them is to honor their discount. I'll never do business with either one of them again if they don't fix this situation! read more

If I could give negative stars I would Sorry this long but I'm HEATED! Nothing more crushing to a parent than upsetting their child. Not to mention we are Browns fans so we already get disappointed enough!! If I could give negative stars I would. I received a jersey I ordered and it was flawed. On Dec 14th I reordered and was shown at checkout it would arrive within 3-7 business days On Dec 19th I received an email advertising to order by today and get it before Christmas. Now to today Dec 22 and I've still not received the jersey so I decide to track it .......JANUARY 13th!! Wtf I thought maybe I read something wrong (blaming myself and not the company) I created a new order to see what shipping said. Well, not only is it cheaper now but it does in fact say 3-7 business days, which is still way before January 13, heck it's pretty close to Christmas and atleast before football season is over So I call, I'm told too bad it's a custom jersey and they take longer. I told them I totally understood that but when I ordered I was promised before Christmas! They said they could wave my shipping and create a ticket that won't be read for 48-72 hours (I'm sure it will be longer being the holidays) but that does me NO GOOD! This is my only gift to my son as I can't afford much more, this is his main gift besides some little things. I never would've ordered from Fans Edge had they been upfront and not lied about when it would arrive I mean they totally lied. Said hey order by today and get it for Christmas. I said "okay no need to cuz I ordered 5 days ago so I'll be fine". Yea well no I'm not fine and $7 for shipping is a slap in the face. I'll let my son kno fans edge wishes him a Merry Christmas!! Had the first jersey not been flawed then he'd have a gift. So how many issues can there be in one time of doing business with this company. And they could give a rats a-- less! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM CUZ THEY LIE BUT IF YOU HAVE TO THEN MAKE SURE YOU ORDER 3 months in advance! Jus my opinion and experience. Not worth hurting a child, ill never do business again with them or fanatics (since it's the same company) read more

We ordered a rolling TN black backpack that has been used for less than 2 months. The large orange T (which we all know that's why it cost over $100) is peeling off. I contacted customer service and was told they could not help me if I didn't want to send it back. I ask for other ways to repair the T that is noticeable peeling off the front. I was told "nothing." Save your money. I won't be purchasing again from them, or fanatics who owns them anyways. read more

The worst. They sent me the wrong shirt and return process it first seemed fine but it wasn't. They never notified me when they received my shirt nor when they processed the return. As they said they would. When calling. Good luck getting a human because the bot doesn't want you to talk to a human. Finally after many prompts I was transferred but he couldn't help me either. So never again will I order from fans edge and I feel they'll be out of business very quickly. read more

I tried to cancel my order after receiving email that I could since the shipping was delayed 2 weeks. This meant I would not get it for Christmas or the bowl game we were attending. Their on line chat person said I could not cancel the order even though it wasn't to ship for a week. It was their "policy". But be assured you can return as soon as it arrives. So I get $5 charge to ship it to me. Then I get a $10 deduction to return it (unless I want a full in store credit). These guys a sharks. I'll never do business with them as now I don't have anything to show for the.$15 they bilked me. read more

This company is beyond a shadow of a doubt the most unprofessional and scam like "companies" I have ever dealt with. Their service team is a complete joke. I was told directly via phone call my return would be processed directly back to my credit card 10-14 days after being received. Once received, they gave me a gift card refund. I called and spoke with their customer service team as was told after 7 representatives and 4 hours of my life that there was nothing they could do to change the refund. I was promised directly by the service team and had them place this in writing in their system that my return was to be sent to my credit card. It was not. I informed them of their failed refund attempt and after another hour of talking with their service team was told there is nothing they can do. Then they say "we will escalate this and send it to management" only to have managment say the same thing. Fansedge stole my money, lied about my refund, and would not correct their mistake even when called out. They are a shameless scam of a company and are thieves. Never in my life will I ever use them again nor suggest their business to anyone on the planet. It's not that hard to just be honest and professional. Fansedge is everything but. What a waste of my life and money. read more

Charged our credit card $64 when I placed the order September 10, 2024, but they never sent an email with an order number or purchase confirmation. Assumed it would be received in due time. Nope. In fact, it's 45 days later & we never received any email NOR the chair we ordered! Hard to believe. As others mentioned, it's impossible to reach them. There's NO customer service soooo being forced to contest the $64 charged to our credit card. Buy somewhere else. Not good. read more

Ordered 3 "jerseys" in quotes because it was just a t shirt with team logo. Came a week and a half after it said it would, which was supposed to be used for a game that had passed. Came stained, like the color bled when it was being made, so the blue color looked uneven. Customer service was terrible. They just don't give a shit about the customer experience. read more

I ordered a onsie with a NY Rangers logo on it. It took weeks to get here and when it did, it was not what I ordered. They blamed it on the third party vendor... Designed by Chad and Jake. And yes, they did fill the order wrong, but I didn't order from them, I ordered from FansEdge. Terrible company. They offered me a partial refund to keep the item I did not order and a 30% off coupon for a future purchase. Which I will never use. Because I will never order from this company again. I asked where I was calling and Mariam hee'd and haw'ed about where she was at and came up with Toronto- I don't believe that either. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This has been a horrible experience from the get-go. I ordered from this company on 12/05/2017. Last Weds., 12/13, my items still had not shipped, so I contacted their "customer service", who said it would be shipped that day. On Friday 12/15, it still had not shipped, so I contacted them again. Again they said it would be shipped that day. It still did not ship. Finally, I had my husband call on Monday 12/18 -- finally I received an email that the order has shipped and they would be shipping overnight via FedEx. This is to add, only PART of my order shipped -- apparently one item was out of stock. They did refund me for that item. Order is supposed to be received today. Funny thing is, the tracking info still simply says, "Label created." Don't think it'll be delivered today.... read more

I placed an order from FansEdge.com, "A Fanatics Experience", and it was one of the worst online buying experiences I've had. From the date of my order (1/17/2023) to today (one month later), the company advertises FREE U.S. SHIPPING Over $24 at the top of their website. I ordered one of their MLB T-shirts that I really wanted - pretty much the entire reason I ordered in the first place - then bought a second shirt to take advantage of their free shipping offer. Soon after my order, I was notified that the first shirt in my order was out of stock, cancelled, and that the add-on shirt was on the way. I would have been fine with that except, FansEdge / Fanatics Commerce Holdco, Inc. tacked on $15.16 of shipping and additional tax to my order of that second shirt AND they were still advertising that first shirt I ordered as being in stock, on sale, and ready for another unsuspecting sucker to order from them. PayPal resolved the case in my favor after the hassle of having to properly report this dishonest business and their scam. I can imagine others have had a similar experience, and I just couldn't let mine go without sharing and hopefully preventing others from being fleeced by FansEdge / Fanatics. read more

It looks like Im part of long list of people who has had issues with fansedge. For those select few who are giving them 5 stars.....you either work for them or for some reason never had to try and contact their customer service staff. I was on hold for approx 5 min, which is actually not bad at all....then I was disconnected. Not the first time this has happen. I was trying to confirm some credits I was suppose to receive. What fansedge sent me in an email isn't what they credited to my card. Also, they taunt year round no hassle returns. What they don't tell you is that they charge up to a $9.00-10.00 fee. Doesnt matter if they sold you the wrong size or it was defected. read more

I ordered from FansEdge on Sept. 25, 2020 and the order was set to arrive on October 21st. It did not. Do not order through FansEdge, order through Fanatics if you have to. Fanatics is a sister organization who apparently has better customer service. We recieved the incorrect item TWICE. Instead of checking the warehouse hub to ensure product was appropriately stocked...we were told that they would just refund our money once the wrong product is returned. THIS IS AN UNNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE! Provide the correct item regardless of how many times it needs to be shipped. Get it right and do not blow off your consumers. read more

Absolutely Awful Customer "Service" I ordered two shirts for a hockey game I was going to tonight on 2/7/19. They said it would be here NLT the 7th. Well it's the seventh and now they are saying it will be the 8th. So frustrated I called fedex who told me the post office had it and when I called them they were no help. So I contacted Fansedge customer "support". TERRIBLE. The lady I spoke with in the chat was like well contact Fedex we can't help you...??? I explained to her I did so already and she responds with: " well we cannot ship you a new one in four hours." 1st of all I'm not unreasonable or dumb and I know that isn't possible but have some compassion for your customer when they are voicing a situation that caused them dissatisfaction. I was taken aback and then she says "I issued you a coupon for your next order can I help you with anything else?" DISSMISSIVE AND RUDE. Like here's your coupon go away and I worked in customer service for many years and this experience was one of the poorest I've ever seen. I used to shop Fanatics/Fansedge all the time. I will not give my business to a company that is so disrespectful and nonchalant about their customers problems. read more

Their customer service is the worst! I tried canceling an order by phone after placing the order 15 minutes prior. Agent told me she couldn't cancel it, she sent it to her Supervisor, and it would take 72 hours for her Supervisor to cancel my order. I tried live chat. That agent told me I couldn't cancel an order after 30 minutes of purchase. I asked her where it says that in any contract. She said it didn't say that. Told her I tried canceling order after 15 minutes with someone on the phone. Live chat person also stated it was a sale item. That is a lie. I told her it had a discount at checkout if I wrote the word STOCKING at checkout. She said she'd reduce the price of the item. I told her I didn't want a reduction in price and that I wanted to cancel the order. She said it couldn't be done. They are a joke. I ordered a custom shirt on sat/nov 24th. I needed it by the following Saturday. I was told it would take up to 4 days to ship and that if I paid to have it overnighted, I could get it in time. They said it's their policy. I inquired that I had an email from 11/24 that specifically states that it would be shipped within 4 business days. kelly again said there was nothing she could do. If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT order from this company. I ordered two items. The first one came and was very poor quality and not true to size. Such a terrible experience. I ordered Washington Redskins division shirts on Tuesday, 12/29. They said it was a specialty item and should ship before 1/7. On 1/5, I contacted customer service to find out the status. They were absolutely worthless. The guy I spoke with told me everything I had read on the website. (It "should" ship this week, it was a specialty item so it was not made yet, and you should have it soon). I explained to him that I already got those answers online and I needed additional information. He responded with "well that's all that I have on my screen." I'm not sure why he couldn't think outside the box and ask for a manager, so I did and of course no one is available. When I told him I would wait, he hung up on him. I guess that's how this company tells their employee to deal with their customers when they don't like speaking with them. THEN, yesterday I finally get an email saying the shirts have been shipped. It took another 24 hours (just now) to get the arrival date to pop up. It says arriving by end of day on Monday. The game is on Sunday. If i don't get these by Saturday (since no mail delivery on Sunday), I am returning them for a full refund. I have already reported the false advertising as well. The website should have said "will not get in time for the game unless you do 2 day delivery." I'm sorry, ordering 2 weeks in advance, I thought I would. And they already charged me. I will be getting my money back and I will stick with the local areas to buy my gear. I'm done supporting NFL shop. First and last time. read more
