Stop!!! before you go to see this Doctor!. I am approaching 67 yrs of age and went to her about removing brown spots. Yes, I was a sun lover for my early years. Dr Berg proceeded in telling me , basically I needed so much more! Chemical peel for my chest, help for wrinkles around my eyes, around my mouth, botox and every other imperfection she noticed. I left in tears after she mamged to run down my self esteem as much as possible. Fast forward a few months & after a recommendation from another Dr., I went to Dr Danyo's office. Highly recommend going there! I had an IPL treatment for my brown/age spots. Friendly, efficient staff, little wait time. Dr Berg is only about making money with no concern for her patient. After being told by my doctor that I had to get a few "questionable" moles checked out, I was extremely nervous. However, I was referred to Dr. Berg, and after visiting her she put me at total ease. The appointment was quick and painless, and I felt very comfortable since it was obvious that Dr. Berg knew exactly what she was doing. The moles turned out to be fine, and while I was there I actually made an appointment for her Hydrafacial service! Rude, unprofessional, rolled her eyes at me, barely listened to any of my skincare concerns and kept interrupting me. She has an attitude problem and I would rather go elsewhere to a NICER more knowledgeable derm. I found myself leaving with no answers to any of my questions and no closer to fixing my skincare issues. Total waste of money. read more

Dr. Berg is unquestionably the best dermatologist in our region. She is knowledgeable, decisive and aggressively treats problems that other doctors might simply wait and observe. I like her direct style: she is to the point and not prone to chit chat, but you can ask her questions. Some reviewers here have noted the long appointment wait time: I've found it variable but usually, no longer than 20-30 minutes --- that's average, I'd say, for most doctors. read more

Dr. Berg is really fantastic. She has the level of experience (25+yrs) that someone can depend on, esp in their time of need. I would highly recommend her to friends and family. Dr. Berg is the BEST!!! She is honest and will tell you want you need to hear because she's an excellent provider. She treats you like you're family. She really cares about her patients and has always gone out of her way to help me even if it means squeezing me in last minute. Her esthetician Lisa Bagatto has become a regular part of my skin care regimen. I see Lisa every 6-8 weeks. What a HUGE difference it has on my skin. I always get compliments. After waiting over 2 hours to see Dr.Berg, when I finally saw her, her manner was rude, hurried and seemingly annoyed. I would describe her as condescending with very little interest in my concerns. She explained a few procedures as quickly as possible and if I had follow up questions or clarifications, she didn't bother to answer, or she repeated herself as if I was deaf or dumb. Went to Dr. Berg for a routine skin check-up for any signs of skin cancer, etc., to have some mild milia on my face looked at, and to have a few small skin tags removed. After explaining my history of breast cancer with radiation, I would think she would do a thorough scan over my skin. She barely looked at my arms and started talking about my hair and how she thought it was thinning. She did not remove any of the 3 small, skin tags I was there to have removed, and told me I "couldn't afford" her to have her do treatment for the mild milia on my face, but that her Aesthetician would be more appropriate for me. Who says that to a patient? She honed in on my hair saying she noticed it was thinning and could do treatments injecting blood to help get some thickness back before it was 'too late". I wasn't even there to talk about hair loss and left feeling worried about my hair!!! She sold me an expensive face product on the way out, which did not even help. Basically, I didn't accomplish anything I wanted to at the appointment. I stood at the counter to pay for my $30 face wash for 15 mins while the receptionist wrapped up a personal call. I left feeling annoyed, disappointed, and frankly, angry with myself that I didn't go back to the doctor I used the year before. read more

We are very happy with Dr. Berg as our dermatologist. Would definitely recommend her as a provider. In addition, her staff is very friendly. We do have one complaint. The wait time to see Dr Berg is extremely long. We have, at times, waited over 2 hours. It definitely seems that she is overbooked on her appointments. read more

This doctor made me really uncomfortable. I went to her for something very simple. She has a very nasty edge to her personality. I also waited over an hour for a 5 minute visit. Her nurse was very nice, but she's the pits. I would never go back to her. read more

Dr. Berg is a good dermatologist, and she has a pleasant personality, but the wait time when you go to your appointment is really beyond acceptable. Even for a morning appointment, I have had to wait at least an hour before seeing the doc. For an afternoon appointment, prepare to wait 2 hours. My last visit it took 2 hours and 15 minutes. They must take several people each quarter hour to get that backed up by mid afternoon. I don't go often, because I don't want to spend the time. I would rather have to wait a couple week longer to be fit into her schedule, and be able to get in and out in some semblance of a decent time frame, then be able to schedule an appointment within the next couple weeks, but then sit in the office for 2 hours at a time to see her. read more
