So I asked to be reschedule, which they did and offered me 50% off my Botox treatment when I come back. Cool. So my chemical peel consult the lady came up to the front desk and did my consult. Yes the front desk in the waiting area. Wow...okay. She didn't look at my skin, nothing, or tell me which peel would be best for the issues I mentioned. She basically said this is what we offer, when your ready to schedule these are the days I'm in the office. Um. Okay. TRIP #2 - I come back for my Botox treatment with the doctor. The doctor sees me, he's nice, but tells me they don't carry Botox in stock. They have to order it ahead of time. Okay so why did I make a Botox appointment in advance only for you to NOT have Botox ordered ahead of time for my visit?!! Okay fine. He says they have dysport. Not what I wanted but okay, I'm here and don't want to waste gas twice so okay. I got the dysport and used my 50% off they offered me from last time. TRIP #3 - Dysport gave me a headache for a month. Super. And I have "Spock brow". I call to get an appointment for a touch up to make the "spock brow" go away. I come in the next day, the ladies at the front desk are nice but I wait 25 minutes past my appointment time and no one says anything to me. No one says I'm sorry we are running late or it will be just 5 more minutes, nothing. So I walked out. It's been almost 15 years since I've walked out of an establishment because of their service and it's sad to say today, this place did not deserve my business. If I could give it zero stars I would. This was a terrible experience.

My experience completely shattered those expectations.According to my operative report, he flew through an incredibly complex procedure--involving intricate tip work, a columellar strut, and bilateral lateral crural support grafts using donor rib cartilage--in a mere 99 minutes. The fact that the surgery was cut short was later confirmed when the anesthesia department acknowledged that I was owed a refund for the shortened time. To this day, I still have never received that money. They rushed the procedure, overcharged me, and have completely ignored their financial obligation to return what is mine.The physical outcome of this rushed surgery has been devastating. Once the swelling subsided, I was left with a prominent, rigid lump on the right side of my nose that was never there before. Inside my nose, I can feel a big lump of cartilage that feels like a long rectangle. It visibly protrudes, creates a heavy shadow line, and has caused a functional breathing obstruction. Every time I try to exercise, the inside of my right nostril feels entirely choked off because of this poorly placed mass. When I brought these structural failures to Dr. Ginsburg, his response was insulting. He dismissively characterized my disfigurement as "subtle." When I pushed back, he weaponized my entirely justified distress against me--using my natural emotional reaction to tell me I needed psychiatric help instead of taking accountability for what he built inside my face. He offered zero solutions, giving me a list of dead ends: leave his work alone, do a steroid injection that he admitted would ruin my thin skin, or do another revision that he openly didn't recommend. He took my money, botched the surgery, deflected with personal insults, and completely washed his hands of me. My operative report is alarmingly empty. There is almost no detail regarding the shaping or measurements of the right-sided graft--the exact area causing the protrusion and where that massive rectangular block of cartilage is sitting.I have since consulted independent specialists, and their feedback is a nightmare: fixing Dr. Ginsburg's mistakes carries extreme risks, and there is no easy solution. I paid a premium to an "expert" to fix my nose, and instead, I was left with permanent structural damage, an obstructed airway, severe emotional trauma, and a massive future financial burden.Do not be fooled by his marketing. If you choose Dr. Ginsburg, get multiple outside opinions, demand details, and understand that if he ruins your face, you will be left to deal with both the physical and financial wreckage completely alone.
