Oh, so fancy! Fancy Way is a store in the Moreno Valley Mall that feels like a Cartoon Field (gosh I miss those stores) and a Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle store mixed into one and seasoned w/ a dash of class. They have a wide selection of goods, but tend to have more of some products than others. I would love to see this place carry more DVDs (even blurays), for example, as opposed to their selection of four or five... I would like them to carry more (Gundam) model kits and figurines over their assortment of POP! vinyls; I mean, I understand their popularity and that there's practically a POP! line for every fandom, but c'mon. I like that they have plushies, key chains, lanyards, and the like, but I don't think almost an entire wall along the length of the shop should be devoted to these items. They carry other products too like candy, backpacks, some home goods paraphernalia, etc. You can find stuff from various anime, Disney, and Hello Kitty to name a few. I'm not sure how long this place will last, but I hope they endure. I'm happy nonetheless to see any shop like this and I will return. This ish is so fancy I need two monocles!

I purposely let a mother and daughter go in front of me so I could observe the treatment that they would receive when buying Needohs they let the family in front of me make a purchase mother & daughter but when it was my turn I was spoken to harshly with a negatively I let them know it was for a friend son not my household. I have even witnessed another family prior different day where they were told okay this time only. We stand out from the rest And get treated as so. Not okay Wife and husband seem kind but then theirs the bulldog. I just don't think it's fair that I can't make a separate purchase for a friend who has to work. I don't see this getting better because it's a choice for them to pick n choose who to treat kindly & sometimes being a regular is bad as well since I go in often. Now I feel anxious about this place. So sad

HOW RUDE!!! I had a…read morereally disappointing experience at this store today. I came in with a couple of friends my age because we were looking for a specific toy. From the moment we walked in, the employees were hovering over us and watching us in a way that felt extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary. We were not being loud, disruptive, or disrespectful, we were simply browsing. As we were about to check out, one of the employees told us we were "free to leave," and verbatim, "we don't need your five bucks." The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely uncalled for. We had every intention of making a purchase, and there was no reason for us to be treated that way. Being watched so closely and then spoken to like that felt incredibly disrespectful. It also raised concerns for me about whether we were being treated differently because of how we looked. No customer should feel singled out or unwelcome when they walk into a store simply trying to buy something. Respect goes both ways. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy, regardless of their age or appearance. I hope this is taken seriously so that no one else has to experience the same kind of treatment because it was absolutely disgusting.

I walked in and instantly fell in love with your eclectic, crowded, ever-changing-yet-never-changing soul. Enough pouring my heart out--here you can find so many unique items that you simply don't see other places. They were one of the first stores to carry Jellycats, along with so many other wonderful things. It's a wonderful place to visit around Christmas because they have so many unique decorations and home items, along with thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gifts for people. My daughter and I are frequent visitors, and it has become a beloved tradition that we always stop in whenever we're downtown. The ladies who work here are simply wonderful and incredibly helpful. I have nothing but praise for them and their kind, helpful ways.

The store is beautiful. Lots of souvenirs and antiques that you can find. Theres probably something for everyone you want to gift -- theres greeting cards, tea sets, animal statues, rings and necklaces, soap bars and ones dispensers, and other trinkets Normally I dont post about my dislike of being obviously followed in a store, but now it's my turn. I technically shouldnt be salty since I had always been law-abiding, but today was a very surprising one! You can tell based on my pfp that I tend to dress nicely, almost old money or New Yorker style. I was the best dressed of my crew that day, and we were still followed -- and not even in a professional way lol, the person was not slick Cant tell if they were a lady or dude but it was almost certain that they were related to the old ladies working at the store. This person tailed my friends and I wherever we went, to the point of blatantly blocking the already narrow aisles and standing behind people with their arms crossed. I go to Ross Dress for Less a lot and am used to security, of course -- but blocking paths and colliding into people is where I draw the line. And where I start posting a review Come here for trinkets and stuff. But get ready to pay for slightly expensive goods -- it's to pay for the security kid who blocks your path
