Italian…read moreGreyhounds are generally timid, sensitive dogs and we rarely board our dog so I was a little nervous about dropping him off for the day. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They figured out which dogs he placed best with and when we picked him up we found him in the grooming area where he could be around staff. He seemed very content there and I have no doubt he was cared for well. In reading other reviews, sure the place does smell like dogs are there but I could care less. What do you care about more...your dog being well cared for or the dog smell? I think it is an unrealistic expectation to hope that a dog boarding facility won't have a dog smell. I highly doubt the dogs mind. Great overall experience and very thankful my husband found this place.

Samantha at Pawville did a fabulous job grooming my miniature poodle today…read more My little guy is disabled and does not have the use of his hind legs. This means that many groomers are not willing to take him on since he can't stand on his own. But he's used to being groomed and the groomer where I used to live always told me that he was sweet and well-behaved. Samantha was just wonderful with him today. I was very nervous because of terrible experiences with other groomers in the area that I had tried. But Samantha was very patient and listened attentively to all my concerns. She was ready to take him when I walked in and he was ready to go at the exact time she told me he would be ready. Pricing was in line with what other's have charged. Pawville's new location at 3048 C Berkmar Dr. is super clean and is in a great, easy to reach location. So happy that I finally found a groomer I feel I can trust. Thank you, Samantha!

Safe to say it must be their personal touch. He is a Portuguese Water Dog (so have to groom every 8-10 weeks) and he always comes back looking great. Very receptive to tweaks when we decided we liked his ear fur shorter and head less round. and now as a repeat customer, they know exactly what we want which is super helpful so either me or my husband can do the drop offs without having to attempt to describe what he should look like instead of the overgrown fluff ball standing in front of them.

After knocking on every door and calling every number available, we left about 45 minutes after we arrived. We found out she "had a class" to go to which is why she left. It really put us into a bind because we had to call around and get another place to board the dog as we were leaving for vacation then. I had heard the owners are not very nice to begin with. These people are incredibly unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to look after anything let alone a loved and cherished pet.
