After my experience today, I won't be back. When I called to make an appointment, they asked when I wanted to come in. I figured that meant they weren't busy so scheduled just a half hour in advance. When I got there, the place was packed. They had me sit in a pedicure chair that wasn't ready (no plastic or towel) where I waited for 25 minutes. At that point a woman wearing stained, dirty clothes came over to the chair and started yelling back and forth to another woman while looking at me with her mouth literally hanging open like she had no idea why I was there. I got up to leave and another woman (the owner I think) stood up from the woman whose nails she was working on and said she was "on her way," which was clearly not true. When I told her I didn't expect to wait for 25 minutes when I had called for an appointment, she said, "some people do designs and that takes longer." Okay but then don't schedule the appointment, again, literally a half hour from the time I called. I had even had to tell my husband I couldn't give him a ride because I didn't want to be late, and to be disregarded that way is so disrespectful to me. Nobody even came back to apologize for the wait, they just left me sitting there in an unprepped pedicure chair. Added to the fact that my last gel manicure with them chipped within a few days... forget it. There are plenty of nail salons in NWA. Ill just find somewhere else.
