My basic pedicure included a salt water soak, a salt scrub, a hot towel, lotion/massage, and polish. I like the way my toes look and my feet feel. So why a 4-star review then? After reading other Yelp and Google reviews, I called this morning to get an appointment since I did not want to wait as a walk-in. I was told 12:15pm, and then 12pm. I repeated this back and the man on the phone confirmed the time twice before I hung up. When I arrived a few minutes before 12, I was told my time was actually for 12:45. I know I did not make an error on this, and I wish he'd just said they made a mistake instead of insisting that's the time he told me over the phone; it was not. During my appointment, two other women came in for pedicures; one woman arrived soon after I did and said she had an appointment, but her treatment wasn't even started by the time I left. So that's challenging if you have a schedule to stick to. Overall, good treatment, clean shop, iffy time management.

I got a fill and it was only $26. If my nail salon is busy I'll definitely come back to this place again. Highly recommend. There are only 2 pedicure stations and about 4 nail stations. They didn't have that much of a selection of gel nail colors but I'm picky with colors. They also do a lot of air brushing as well. As for the 4 star rating it's just because of the selection of gel colored polishes.

I did end up waiting a while due to there only being 2 people working in the shop and me being a walk-in, but they were so friendly and apologetic I honestly didn't even mind waiting. They took their time on the clients they had but also worked efficiently, which I would have wanted if it had been me. And they didn't turn me away even though they had to stay open almost an hour later than their posted hours to complete my manicure. The woman who did my nails was very friendly and even gave me some advice on nail care. My nails turned out great. Also I was happy to see that they allow you to add a tip on your card, unlike most other nail salons that require a cash tip. My new nail spot!

She ran the water it was excellent , her husband gave me the pedicure and massage, he did a great job. Didnt cut my nails to short, did an excellent job with the painting of my nails. And we had very nice conversation. When I finished my pedicure I asked if they had time to redo my gel nails. Sure no problem, again the gentleman did a great job and was super nice. They made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel pressure to make awkward small talk or anything, even though I wouldn't have minded. I could tell my hair stylist was either still training or had just finished training. So the owner I believe was watching over and helping most of the time. Again, they are both wonderful people. But the first thing I told my hair stylist was, "I don't want this blonde.. I'd like mostly brown." When I left, I clearly saw that my hair was still noticeably blonde. My roots did look darker though, and I was happy enough with that because I figured at least my hair will look okay growing out. But come a month or so later, the brown dye is not even close to my natural hair color. And again, the majority of my hair is still blonde! Not at all what I wanted. I saved up money to get my hair done and now I'm going to have to get it re done all over again. Hopefully actually brown this time. I'm assuming they don't do refunds or anything like that. But I would genuinely think I'm entitled to one. I just don't know why they would let me leave when it wasn't anything I asked for. Quite disappointed.

Heather has been an absolute dream to work with! I had been having my hair dyed for years and after our first meeting, she was upfront and honest about the damage done to my hair as well how my previous stylists kept putting color on top of color which was an unnecessary expense to me. I also love how she is eager to try new colors on my hair and I have never been disappointed with her results. As an added bonus, I absolutely love Heather's energy! She is so easy to talk to and you can tell that she genuinely cares about what you have to say while you are in her chair.

Their pedicure stations have really gorgeous, top of the line seats.. I was getting massaged and heating up my booty while I was sitting there getting my feet done! The lady who did my pedicure used disposable scubbers to exfoliate my feet. And for the colors they really had endless colors to choose from. 100% coming back, good service for a decent price - highly recommended!
