I have had multiple items from this menu but today's blew me out of the water!…read more Today was the caramel chicken and waffles with fries. It was a beautiful mix of dinner and dessert. It left me satisfied from both sides. The cinnamon chirp waffle was fluffy and honestly was delicious on its own. The chicken tenders were hot and juicy. Paired with the caramel was phenomenal. Who knew caramel and chicken complemented each other so well?! And the fries were seasoned to perfection. I ate all of them and I normally don't eat fries! I have also tried the Walkers in Memphis, the Wu Tang, and the s'maffle. I love eating from this truck when I see them! Best around!!!

Both were absolutely delicious. It was my first time ever having chicken and waffles and I thought it was great. The chicken was very moist and tender, although it could have used a dash more salt for my personal taste. The waffle was cooked well, but the mixture had a bit too much brown sugar / cinnamon which took a little away from the asian flavor. The waffle came with an asian flavored coleslaw which was new to me as well but very good and refreshing! Onto the fries; can you ever really go wrong with the truffle/parmesan combo? They were awesome!

The menu has a lot of options and everything was very reasonably priced. We ordered 1 Colombian empanada, a cachapa de queso, and a picada. Everything was delicious. The portion of the picada was perfect for 2 of us to share, and the baby even indulged in some of the meat and chicken! The only thing I had an issue with were all the flies since we ate outdoors. They should consider buying some of the little table fans to keep away flies or the big industrial fans around the tables. Either way, we will definitely be back!

We just left the food truck yard after verifying on the website that they were open on a Thursday evening. We arrived to see 3 of the 4 food trucks there and el toro was gone. One of the other trucks said they'd be back on Friday. I'm half tempted to not come back because of their reliability. So if you're lucky to get them on a working day? You'll love it. Otherwise? You'll be sorely disappointed like we were.

Lots of different types of food trucks Everything from burgers to Lobster, pizza, wraps, Mediterranean, empanadas & desserts too. So bring the picky eaters & they will find something too Ok yeah so far we have tried a bunch. Every week we have gone we try a new food truck. They all have friendly & helpful service. Now for the ambiance that comes from how YOU plan on dining. Do you want to do a stand up table right by the food truck court, u can. OR do you want to take my advice & grab a blanket or bring your favorite chair over to the lawn & dine to some great music They also have several picnic tables if that's your style. The concerts here are great & there's a big playground for the kiddos They can play & enjoy the music too. Don't forget the dog's bowl because The park is dog friendly for leashed dogs only. Parking gets tight once the concerts start. Always check out the parks website to confirm who's playing or for new events. It makes for a good family night out. FYI they also host a fresh veggie market too Three stars is good in my opinion

I tried the Jerk Chicken Rice Bowl with the Spicy BBQ, and I'm still in awe. This wasn't just a meal, this was a moment. The chicken was perfectly smoked, tender, juicy, and kissed with that slow-smoked depth that can only come from someone who truly knows their craft. The jerk seasoning wasn't just spice, it was balanced, layered, and harmoniously blended. Every bite carried warmth, depth, and just the right amount of kick. And the spicy BBQ? It's the kind of sauce you remember. Sweet and spicy in the perfect dance, bold without being overwhelming, flavorful without being too heavy. It tied everything together in the most delicious way. The cilantro and lime on top were the finishing touch I didn't know I needed. Bright, fresh, and divine! it lifted every flavor and made the entire bowl feel like it was crafted just for me. Generous portions, unforgettable flavor, and truly made with love. This is not your average market food, this is the kind of dish you crave long after it's gone. Run, don't walk, to Earl's Slow & Low BBQ. I'll be dreaming about that bowl until my next visit.
