I went here to buy an unflavored vape. Being a novice, I wasn't really sure what to get. So the…read moreclerk was very helpful and she told me about the recommendations and also answered my questions. I ended up buying an ox bar. I'm not a smoker, but I just had an urge to try it out. I thought the value was decent. $21.99 for 50,000 puffs. It worked as promised everything was fine when I tried it out. The parking and store were decent. I did, however, learn that the regular vapes and the fruit flavored vapes burn your throat, just as much as each other. Years ago, when I used to smoke cigarettes, I actually found them more smooth compared to a vape, but vaping is much more affordable. I guess they have to scan your license. Obviously I know that I don't look like i'm under 21 being almost 60, but I didn't complain.

Vaporetti offers the biggest assortment of vape products in Rhode Island hands down. Whether your a…read morebeginner or a pro, they will always have something for you. They keep a huge selection of ejuice including their own house blends and industry favorites in all nicotine levels. The staff is friendly, very well rounded in their knowledge and can assist all your vaping needs. Parking is plentiful, store is very comfortable with tasting bar, tv, as well as seating. The owners play a huge role in fighting for your right to vape and provide you with the best customer service hands down. The angry customer below me..... please allow me to clarify I was at the store enjoying my time when he came in... he purchased his mod over a month ago. The store's receipt clearly states "no returns or exchanges". They present you your product before you pay to make sure everything is in working order and even allow you to make sure everything is okay. He brings in a MOD which looks to be have ran over by some sort of vehicle, dropped a dozen times, opened up to "attempt" to self fix and "glued" back (didn't even have the time to screw back the screws he took out) . He has claimed things have been opened, used and resold at a huge mark up. Even the juices are a huge markup? Listen buddy, gas station ejuice is obviously your thing. Vaporetti's ejuices are a bit cheaper then retail but your at the point your so angry that you need to lie and defamate a business to gain some sort of relief. They stand by every product they carry and will at least "work" with you to make sure your leave happy. Bring a slashed tire to a auto shop and tell them they sold you the tire that way and get angry when they wont replace it...then go on yelp and lie about everything. Grow up and own up to your own stupidity. Check out his 5 star review of Vaporetti on 4/6/16, congrats Sir! you have just officially played yourself #SupportHr2058 #VaporettiLyfe

I frequently visit this store because I do like the products they have to offer. I get the same…read morevape everytime , and it's always the same price. $ 31.68. Last time I visited, I paid with a hundred dollar bill , and 7 quarters. That's a $ 1.75 , the change I expected was 70.07. I told the young man not to worry about the 7 cents , that the 70 dollars was fine. After he argued with me for 10 minutes about how that was not the correct amount coming to me , it was 68.96. He ended up charging me 11 cents more to receive 70 dollars and telling me to get the fu*k out and never to come back. I'm no math wizard but this is simple math. I don't even care about the change... just how disgustingly I was treated. I'm not one to write reviews generally.... But my experience at this location was so unbelievably horrible. I am in the hospitality industry, I would no longer have a job if I treated people this way. I suggest visiting another location!
