Famous in Oregon use to be a great place to order plants from, but that was months ago. They have become too busy to care anymore. The last 5 months I have gotten horrible half dead plants. When you contact their customer service you get the run around. They try to make you feel bad for complaining. They even try to tell you it will grow back in time. Like what the hell. I didn't spend $50 to $60 for a half dead ugly plant. They state that they sell boutique quality plants, but that is not true anymore at least. My last straw was waiting 2 weeks for 1 plants to ship and when I email I either got no response or the runaround. So I asked for a,refund and told them I probably would not shop there again. The butt hurt representative, who is the owners bestie blocked me after the refund and deactivated my account. read more

I won't buy from them again. Unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase, they sold me a plant with over 95% root rot. I submitted pictures of the black roots. Customer Service refused to replace the $18 plant, but they "graciously" offered me 25% off my next plant. read more

It is a great shop to visit if you want to add something new to your collection or if you are just venturing into the world of house plants. The owners are very kind and knowledgeable and are sure to set you up for success. Rare plants can get expensive, but they seem to always price fairly. Yesterday was the first of many visits I will make to this whimsical and beautiful little plant shop in Prosper. I love the whole experience, start to finish. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the best plant for a space. They helped explain lighting, care instructions and what to expect. On the bottom of the receipt is a link to a private Facebook group with videos and care instructions. I bought a philodendron Micans and it's absolutely the best plant I've ever purchased in terms of initial quality. No one believes that it just came from a store. I haven't met Tanner or Erika yet, but I'm hoping I catch them sometime when I'm in. I can't remember the name of the lady who helped me, but she was excellent as well and very knowledgeable! They are extremely knowledgable and also provide various resources to make sure you are successful at being a plant parent. Instagram, facebook, tiktok...Tanner the Planter is the go-to for all things plants! His wife is a dream! She not only shared with me which plant would be the best for my space, but also a little bit about herself and her family background. It oddly makes me feel like a member of their plant family lol. I love that she was so open and vulnerable to talk to me about her immigrant family and to share her gratefulness of now being a small/local shop owner in Prosper, TX.
