I won't buy from them again. Unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase, they sold me a plant with over 95% root rot. I submitted pictures of the black roots. Customer Service refused to replace the $18 plant, but they "graciously" offered me 25% off my next plant. read more

I came in for the first time knowing absolutely nothing about houseplant care, and little by little I have absorbed their advice. I now own 6 different plants from them because of how easily applicable their care instructions are! Tanner and Erika care about their clients, and are very honest. Their store is kept so nice, and the placement of their plants is especially thoughtful. I know every time I go in that there will be new plants to see, and it always smells so good. The variety was extremely limited when I stopped by, and when I asked politely if there would be any more anytime soon, the employees gave a lot of attitude. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the best plant for a space. They helped explain lighting, care instructions and what to expect. On the bottom of the receipt is a link to a private Facebook group with videos and care instructions. I bought a philodendron Micans and it's absolutely the best plant I've ever purchased in terms of initial quality. No one believes that it just came from a store. I haven't met Tanner or Erika yet, but I'm hoping I catch them sometime when I'm in. I can't remember the name of the lady who helped me, but she was excellent as well and very knowledgeable! It felt like I was visiting a friend and not a store that I'd never been to. How many businesses can you truly say that about, even in the south? I haven't been to many. They are extremely knowledgable and also provide various resources to make sure you are successful at being a plant parent. Instagram, facebook, tiktok...Tanner the Planter is the go-to for all things plants! His wife is a dream! She not only shared with me which plant would be the best for my space, but also a little bit about herself and her family background. It oddly makes me feel like a member of their plant family lol. I love that she was so open and vulnerable to talk to me about her immigrant family and to share her gratefulness of now being a small/local shop owner in Prosper, TX. I'm in Frisco so luckily Prosper is not far from me at all and I now have the cutest plant shop to shop at when I feel like I need something to add to my space.
